Nice room. Front desk staff nice

Room was nice. Staff very friendly.

It’s just so-so; the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the sink kept clogging, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most importantly, breakfast was always the same—very, very basic and not good at all. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again; sorry.

Clean updated room, gentleman at the reception when checking in was friendly and nice. Would recommend to stay.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle was prompt, comfortable and reliable. We enjoyed the breakfast served. The rooms were decent. The bathroom did not have a fan so we had steam from the shower settle on the floor so it got wet to walk on but overall it was comfortable. The facilities are well designed and functional, although a bit outdated. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thx!

Breakfast- no meat, no scrambled eggs, the host was friendly.

Really clean and spacious rooms with very helpful staff. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants at walking distance.

We got the airport shuttle at 5 am. When we got downstairs, we couldn’t tell who the staff was! He had on a regular t-shirt. The shuttle was on time, however the driver could use some customer service training. No greeting, no offer of help of any kind. He got in the bus, started the engine and that was the indication to guests that the shuttle was about to leave.

The staff was terrific. The place was nice and I had a good rest while staying there.

I coming for in the hotel 9 PM for check in I don’t find anyone in the hotel. I might around our after this coming with the lady she go bring food. I don’t know how hotel just one person work. I don’t like this. You make me very mad. The room is very small size but is clean without parking and this area of the parking is very expensive if you have car you need to pay for the parking

Always greets us like they are glad to see us again! early transfer to the airport, not the hotel fault, our fault for booking such an early flight!

So it was an last minute booking for me as my flight was cancelled from Dallas to Detroit, they have pick up shuttles from airport and the service is good and it’s 10-15 mins from airport, the receptionist Mr El Gaston was kind and helpful person while helping me to check in plus he was so kind to put me on late check out as I checked in around 8pm, it’s nice and tidy hotel to stay , and they have breakfast including from 7-10am plus they have mini frozen food mart and drinks machine, overall good place to stay!
