The breakfast was very bad. The eggs and sausage were cold and the milk was damaged. Horrible coffee too. Facilities were dirty

The hotel was incredibly clean & well tended. Best hotel staff ever! They were kind and eager to help guest, many unexpectedly in Dallas due to flight cancellations. The kindness and extra care made a huge difference.

Our smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Called the front desk and she blames a hot shower. My daughter didn’t even shower hot water. It was warm. She didn’t seem concern or caring that it was going off in the middle of the night and even not trying to help us. Inform me that she can get someone to come look at it but it will take a while for someone to come to our room in the middle of the night. The ac I. The room seems to not get cold. So glad it was only one night stay. Will not stay here again when we’re in town! The night shift service!
