The property was clean, employees helpful. Breakfast was good with a waffle maker. Room was clean, but had a musty smell and the shower seemed slippery.

Nice stay! Very clean and nice pool

This hotel is dated for sure. But we only stayed the night to catch are flight the next morning so we weren't there for leisure. The pool was really warm so that was nice. The room had everything you needed. And the shuttle driver that dropped us off at the airport was amazing! Great personality, very knowledgeable of the airport layout. He even waited for us when our bags were delayed at baggage claim!

Please don’t stay here, we are trying to get a refund. Not even close for what the pictures shows. Super outdated rooms, the bathroom tiles were broken and you couldn’t even stand without the floor moving. Ac didn’t work we woke up pouring sweat. We talked to the front desk about this issues and they didn’t care to help. Very sketchy people. We won’t ever go back there

It’s a good hotel to just stay to sleep/rest for a bit and leave, after a 12 hr road trip. Not very comfortable and wouldn’t stay here again

Nada peligrosa

It is close to the freeway. The staff were very nice. An ok breakfast, meaning, I have had a lot worse at a hotel continental breakfast and I have had a better.
-
The room is okay for the price. Very basic breakfast.

The staff is what made this trip entirely a disaster for my family and I traveling from out of town. I have an elderly mother and small children to not be accommodated after I’d already reserve the hotel only because our flight was coming in late is unacceptable. I’ve come in late many times so many occasions and many different states and this is the first time had ever been denied. As much as I travel, I will never be back to this place because of the staff alone.

The room was in terrible condition. Strong smell, roaches, very old and uncomfortable mattress. We had to leave asap.
-
Rude front desk receptionist, dirty shower head, hair left behind in tub.

This is not a Rad****on property as they are advertising. Once you arrive, all of the Rad**** names are marked out with markers. (Expedia won’t allow names) The building is filthy. Our room was covered in mold on the ceiling and roaches were crawling everywhere. I was awakened with roaches in the bed. They were crawling in the walls, I had to empty my bag because they were coming from my bag. Do not stay here if at all possible. This place should be condemned and torn down. Mold, falling apart, infested.

Good breakfast - plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was great for our purpose.

We stayed one night on the way to DFW. The room was fine for an overnight, but the airport shuttle was misleading. I was dropping a family member at the airport, planning to help them through security, then return to the hotel. I asked about that scenario at check in and was told to sign up for the morning shuttle, which I did. I was told I would have to call for a return shuttle to the hotel and also noticed a sign at the front desk saying shuttle service every hour from 5 AM - 11PM. In the morning, we got on the shuttle and I asked about the return trip and was told there were no other shuttles scheduled for the morning returning to the hotel. I asked for a suggestion and was told to Uber back. I don't use Uber, so found this highly unhelpful. We ended up driving to the airport, but I was not at all satisfied with this misleading information.

Staff was not welcoming or helpful. There was nobody at the front desk for checkout. Room was not well maintained.

When we first checked in, the lady at the counter was rude. When we got our room, it smelled awful, the tiles in the bathroom were all loose and coming up, the carpet was torn and lifting up, and the air conditioning was making a bad ringing sound. When I asked the front desk lady to switch rooms, she said sorry all rooms sold out. She did say she could send a maintenance man in to fix sound coming from air conditioning. We had to leave for a scheduled dinner. When we returned to the room, the sound was still there. I called front desk and spoke with the new front desk guy and he was very helpful and sent us to another room. Way nicer than the lady on duty earlier. The room was better, but the air conditioning was still noisy (making humming, vibration noises) but no loud ringing noise. It was tolerable. Didn't get that well of sleep. The couch bed was uncomfortable for my children to sleep on, so we just had them sleep on the couch. The owner seriously needs to upgrade the rooms. The rooms we were in don't match the pictures they advertise. Very disappointed with this place.
