I didn’t have the best experience. First of all, we paid $250/night which is not cheap for this type of hotel, but it was during the World Cup so I can’t complain about the price. We got there at 11:30pm and we waited for 30min after a long day of flights because nobody was at the reception, we literally had no clue what to do, so we just waited. The receptionist was very kind and apologized and said she was working in more than one location at the same time, that’s why she wasn’t present when we made it there. The next day we reported that we couldn’t open the blinds, and that when we turned the tv on it was literally purple, so we couldn’t even watch tv, and their response was that the maintenance wasn’t available until Monday and we were leaving Sunday, so nothing to do… so for spending $750 it was definitely not worth the price.

A huge shoutout to the front desk staff as well, they were beyond helpful with accommodating 4 people, and made the check in process easy. They also served breakfast in the morning and coffee is included! I am beyond happy with this stay and will definitely stay here once I return to Dallas to watch the Cowboys play!

The cleanliness of the establishment was satisfactory, and the culinary offerings were both diverse and abundant. The mattress provided a high level of comfort. The selection of this particular location was primarily driven by its close proximity to the event we were attending, thus warranting a perfect score for its convenience. I experienced a significant delay exceeding four hours while awaiting the hotel shuttle at the airport. A colleague contacted the hotel on my behalf, and the front desk representative, an African American woman whose name I do not recall, informed him that the shuttle had departed at 12:00 PM and would not return until 3:00 PM, despite our presence since 11:30 AM. Upon my subsequent call, the representative altered her account, stating that the shuttle had made three attempts to locate us, which was inaccurate as we remained at the designated pick-up point throughout. She further claimed that attempts were made to contact me, but my international phone number was disconnected. However, I had sent multiple chat messages to the hotel, informing them of my daughter's and my presence at the airport. I had previously requested an early check-in due to our 19-hour flight and was prepared to pay for this service, but the hotel did not respond to my request. It is possible that this lack of response contributed to our extended wait from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Had the representative offered an apology, I would have accepted it; however, her lack of apology and the inconsistent information provided demonstrated a lapse in professional conduct and customer service. I would like to commend Caren and Shane for their exceptional politeness and professionalism. The aforementioned front desk representative was the sole negative aspect of my stay.

The room was clean and very comfortable. A/c worked really good and bed was wonderful. The only complaint is they don’t have enough pillows on the bed. Easily solved by using the extra pillows in cabinet for sofa bed. Extra cases and blanket in drawer next to cabinet where pillows are located. Perfect night after flying all day!

Good but expensive. Seem to be somehow updated yet somethings need more attention. Toilet was not secured properly to the floor and was wobbly.

Was the location serving my purpose- can’t complain Internet connection was critical for my job - was on-and-off, the person on reception offered me phone numbers to call THE PROVIDER to fix it!!!

Upon arrival at DFW, I called the hotel and the shuttle bus arrived within 20 mins. Our driver, Kelly was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was late and we were hungry. She very kindly stopped off so we could get some food, before taking us to the hotel. On arrival, Shane checked us in quickly and efficiently. We were offered a high or low floor and rooms adjacent too. The rooms were spotless and cleaned. Also very comfortable. We had a King Suite, which was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was powerful. After a great night's sleep, breakfast was ready at 7am and this was also a surprising delight. Everything you could want was available. Fruit, yoghurt, breads, eggs, protein, cereal. Even waffles and oatmeal. Out transit back to the airport was also on-time and our driver was very professional. The whole experience, for such a short visit, was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and helpful. Another 24 hours would have been really good. Thank you to everyone at Home2suites South DFW. You made our stay really special and comfortable.

Skipped breakfast as I hopped on an earlier airport shuttle but the stay was wonderful. Spacious, clean, and few restaurants in walking distance.
