The hotel is nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have a good amount of space. Breakfast is a great value, especially if you use the custom order (my omelet was excellent). Parking fills up quickly but there's always a spot, just may be at the back. The restuarant is nice and a great atmosphere with good choices. There are some great games to play in the common area. The decor of the hotel is very classy. The indoor pool was pretty cold, last time I stayed it was nice and warm. The hot tub was lukewarm half the time, didn't get very hot til it had been running for a while. The food was good in the restuarant but the servings were kind of small for the price. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but a few acted like they didn't want to be bothered. There was a fire alarm one morning and the speaker said to evacuate, but staff acted like we were crazy evacuating yet didn't explain that the fire alarm was going off due to bacon burning, somebody had to find out from somebody else. Lastly, I was glad to see they actually cleaned the hot tub thoroughly, but I wish they did it while the pool and hot tub were closed from 9 pm to 9 am. 9 pm seems a bit early to close the pool and hot tub as well. It would be nice if they would extend to 10 pm.

It was a fine hotel. The airport shuttle was important. Breakfast was ok. The room was good. My only complaint was that the bathroom light also turned on the fan, which was exceptionally loud. We had dinner at the combined Italian restaurant La Perla and Pakistani restaurant Nihari Haven. We love Indian food so chose to try Pakistani cuisine. Ordering was done completely through an app and was very impersonal . It ended up being quite expensive because everything was separate. We like spicy food, but this was unpleasantly so. I would not recommend it.

It was fantastic! I had a veggie omelet :)

Close to DFW International Airport. No long term parking for flights out of DFW.

No restaurant for a nice dinner

It was close to other restaurants we could walk to plus they also had a restaurant & bar open until midnight. Bed was comfy as well. They didn’t have a breakfast to go. Our flight out was too early to get breakfast ?

It was a nice and clean hotel. The only thing I didn't like was housekeeping coming to knock on the room door 2 hours before check out time and asking when I was leaving. They did it twice within 15 minutes.

Very clean

I loved the bed - we slept great! There was mold in the shower. The hotel has signs of aging. I hope the owners will refresh it and make it nicer. It has good bones.

Quite easy access today freeway. Chloe at the front desk is amazing. Very helpful. I lost my key a couple times and she was very patient every time to help me. I had to change my room on the first night and she took care of that. I appreciate her a lot. Nothing

Breakfast was wonderful! Beds very comfortable! Loved having the extra throw blankets for sitting in chair in evening to watch TV. All was very clean, well maintained. Even though appeared to be quite full, it was quiet in my room. Had to park pretty far away and there was only one entrance which was hard with luggage
