Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Hotel staff were the absolute best and super understanding of any issue that popped up. The shuttle was another amazing part of our stay, as it was super convenient! 10/10

Genuinely about nothing, the hot tub was barely warm, Showers were awful, horrible water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping didn’t show up once in my stay there. Will never be returning.

The hotel offered great customer service and gave us extra towels and trash bags. The staff were nice and friendly. Our hotel room was organized and the bed made well. However, when I entered the bathroom, there was a weird smell. But the hotel has restrooms downstairs that are available to guests, so I did use it for the meantime. One thing I didn’t appreciate about the small store that customers can buy from, is that it’s so expensive. I bought a loofah like had the price tag of $1.00 and was on the $3.00 shelf. I understand the idea about making a profit but this was unnecessary. The cotton pads were originally $1.25 (with the tag still on) and the hotel was selling it for $5.00. If you travel here for the summer, just an fyi, the hallways are super hot.

Hallway ceiling is uncomfortably low clearance for tall people. All in all hotel staffs are the most plus point.

Great place close to the airport. Stayed here during BTS arirang tour and we were 15 min away from at&t. Nice hotel with great amenities
