Wyndham DFW Airport

From a while away in the Wyndham airport shuttle you see the little Christmas lights wrapped around everything. The entree is massive. It's a lot to take in, it's got a very Resort kinda vibe. The feeling is BIG. Lots of flowers an colors the go together. Looking further, the hotel rooms can be seen to the left and right of reception. it's like there were 2 buildings next to each other and they put a roof over the area between. Put your sunglasses on getting into the lift, it's very bright. Funny, normally nice hotels have ugly lifts, super nice they paid attention to that detail. The room was royal, luxurious, king size bed nice color scheme here. Lighting was better than most hotels. The bathroom was gorgeous although the shower head was leaky on the side. Everything looked extremely clean and no mold to see. Very nice altogether. That I had to leave before breakfast. Would've liked to see how that was.

I waited at the airport from 10:00pm until 11:30pm for the shuttle. I called 3 x and was continually told they would be there in 5-10min. Other hotel shuttles circled through 2 & 3 times while I waited. There was no excuse! The recording says they come every 20 minutes. There was NO EXCUSE! They did not even apologize

Lobby recreational facilities are resort level excellent! I also like the breakfast. The room is clean.

Muggy in the hallways and a constant odd/foul smell in the bathroom in our room, but otherwise nice. Would be better if you could take food/drinks from the complementary breakfast up to your room

Airport shuttle is easy to use, amenities in room are ok. Shower is excellent and hotel is very clean.

The staff were wonderful and helpful both at the front desk and throughout the rest of the hotel! Our room (a two queen bed) was well-kept and clean. The only issue with it was the far wardrobe has a light inside that turns on via sensor and because the doors to the wardrobe weren’t perfectly flush, whenever a person would walk in front of the wardrobe it would emit a strong light from it which was difficult to ignore in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was just okay but the hotel was incredibly busy the weekend we were there so that could be why. All in all it was a good easy place to stay in, just think some more parking could also be helpful on very busy days.

We felt so relaxed after an exhausting day in this clean and cozy room. The staff at the front desk were also very nice and kind. Thank you!

The price and it was clean The outside pool was a little bit dirty.

Breakfast was good and the hotel made the check in/out process very easy. I loved the smart TVs in the room and had a great view of the pool.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Hotel staff were the absolute best and super understanding of any issue that popped up. The shuttle was another amazing part of our stay, as it was super convenient! 10/10

Genuinely about nothing, the hot tub was barely warm, Showers were awful, horrible water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping didn’t show up once in my stay there. Will never be returning.
