I saw roaches inside, overall decent but wouldn't go again. Also they made me worry about the Expedia reservation not showing up in their system. Unnecessary stress

The property is not bad but the staff need to make a better effort to maintain. The rooms are large with plenty of space. Its a shame to see staff not care about a property that has potential to be better. I never got my remote and I saw a few roaches. Staff needs to do better. Hotel could be so much better.

Check -in was easy and fast. Only thing was I requested for a first floor room away from stairs It wasnt honored. Although there was an elevator available and I was given a room on the third floor. I was not dissatisfied. It was quiet and not alot of traffic. The best thing I really really appreciated was the fact that their TV services offered the Christian networks. First hotel in over a year that made available theses channels.It was very clean and smelled good. They have work being done overall the property was quiet and decent.Not meaning choices of nearby food choices.I was very surprised at this property and I would stay again.

Walked into the rooms and we’re dirty and stunk

Nothing Bugs in the room, dirty towel, tasty microwave, water running in shower, couldn't shut off, the list goes on !!!

Well, there's no breakfast here.It would be very convenient if it did , but they do have a mini store were you can buy snacks.Necessities and detergents. Cigarettes.they do have a laundry room. The cost to wash is pretty cheap. And BIG enough to fit a lot of clothes inside.the staff here are very sweet and patient. What I don't like is there's no close convenience stores. There's nothing pretty much walking distance around here to go, too. They do need to figure out how to maintain or do we weekly bombing for the roaches ect.they could use more staff.

The staff was friendly over all had a bad experience . The hot tub was not able to be used we had to have our tv replaced and there was damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. There was also lits of roaches.

The ice The way they have the false pictures on line you had rooms taped up the walls was dirty my bed sheets had mold stains on it the towels had stains on no trash in the bathroom the housekeeper never came and cleaned the rooms just knock on the door and only gave 2 big towels and tissue that's it

The shower was good and hot The room was old outdated the TV was the most up-to-date in the room doors were rigged up as if door had been kicked in the room was not thoroughly clean it was just straightened up bed was not comfortable. The Romans originally had was leaking water from the toilet the second room that I was moved to like I said it was outdated.....

My location didn’t have breakfast I don’t think the couch pillows in my room were stained the jacuzzi tub wasn’t cleaned all the way or the floors. And there wasn’t a comforter just all sheets

I really liked that the property was 2 minutes away from my job location and 13 minutes away from dinner I needed to attend It could’ve been cleaner and I seen roaches

Nothing really. It was dirty. The rest will be said in next fields. Rooms are completely infested with roaches, everything is old and rundown. For the price point we expected someting not new or not luxurious obviously, we just wanted a clean bed with a place to sleep, but never did we expect the ROACH infestation. When we woke up and i got to grab my glasses from the counter, like 4-5 roaches just scattered around. There was a ton on the floor, and it is not something i would ever want to experience again. Bathroom and shower is not something i would like to put my feet in either. And in addition, I was told that it is not possible to refund my night stay, that I already spent WITH ROACHES. Highly unsatisfactory, and gross. In addition to that we came in the middle of the night, to see a sign that "I will be back" and 20-30 minutes later we see a lady in a pijamas clearly out of the shower. "Great" service!

Its location. The poor cleanliness, the bad odor, the warmth of the room, the stains on the couch, the non-flat bed, and the fact that the shower’s knob wasn’t working.

That I found a place that was at a good price. A lot. It said it came with a microwave and there was no microwave at all in my room. There was also a lot of roaches especially at night. No housekeeping came to clean the room at all.

I loved the front desk Agent who helped me with my check in process. The room was full of roahes , it wasn't the cleanest that it could've been. There was no wifi AT ALL to do my work , the bathroom was not really cleaned and it was a bunch of rips and tears in the couches , bed , stains everywhere. It made it very uncomfortable to stay.
