The exterior of the hotel is misleading, as the actual room conditions are completely unacceptable. I experienced major plumbing issues during my stay; the water was shut off, and the toilet was broken. Management gave conflicting stories about the water, and when I pointed out it was on, they claimed they didn't have a plumber available. After a long delay, a text was finally sent to someone for help, but no timeline for a fix was ever provided. Additionally, the hotel does not provide basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or even facial tissues. When I asked about this, a young male front desk agent rudely replied, "Should we have these things?" His total lack of customer service makes him entirely unsuited for the hospitality industry. To make matters worse, check-in took 30 minutes despite my late arrival, my room wasn't ready, and staff struggled to locate my reservation. Given the severe lack of basic maintenance and poor service, this property is not worth more than $20 a night.

ROACH INFESTED AND FILTHY. DO NOT STAY HERE. Anyone who gave this place more than 1 star is completely dishonest. I killed 2 roaches, but encountered 10. I found a used bandaid in the bathroom. Towels were thin and gray. No soap. AC had previously been held together with duct tape; wish they'd kept it on because the front of the unit fell off in the middle of the night. Empty water bottle under the bed. A pair of old shoes left in a cabinet. I could go on, but hopefully you get the point. I mentioned all of this at check out and the woman seemed sincerely sorry. She said that even if I had asked to move they were overbooked (and I had no faith another would be any better). If I had the money to go somewhere else, I would've left at 3 am after my battle with 4 roaches in the bathroom.

They offered to cop me another stay, but that doesn't tell me that they're actually gonna take care of the problems.

Totally terrible, please don't go to this hotel it's a MESS.

Air conditioning leaked. They just game me extra towels because all the rooms had that problem. Lots of roaches. I have gone through 2 cans of Raid. They are the cheapest place in the area. I assume that’s how they get away with it.

The rooms suck. No trash can half cleaned and bugs

I was initially turned away around 10:00 p.m. and told I was on the “Do Not Rent/Book” list because a manager believed my valid California driver’s license was not legitimate due to the address on it. The only explanation given was that my California license listed my current Dallas mailing address, as though renewing an out-of-state license while living in another state is somehow unusual. As a result, I was left standing outside late at night with my three children, carrying backpacks and Walmart bags, while they were simply ready to eat and go to bed. It was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary. I was only allowed to proceed after making it clear that I intended to contact Corporate regarding the situation. Unfortunately, after finally being granted a room, the experience did not improve. The A/C was malfunctioning and barely cooled the room, the floor had not been mopped, the shower was dirty and contained hair, the toilet was rusty, and the room had a musty odor. After everything my family had already been put through that evening, it was incredibly disappointing to walk into a room that was not clean or properly maintained. My driver’s license is valid, authentic, and legally issued by the California DMV. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure other guests are not subjected to the same treatment based

It's under terrible conditions that needs at a minimum a good pressure washing, land scaling and refresh paint. All the hallways smell urine and grass weed with trash all around property it's a sign of many years of neglect. Pictures shows otherwise but when you there it's a junk place. Stay away specially tourist....as cheaper at maybe it's not worthy as I also smell a lot smoking weeds here... Horrible place

Bed was comfortable. The people they rented rooms to. Alot of Marijuana smell and trashy people. The TV channels did not work.
