La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Las Colinas

The elevator was not working so I stayed on the first floor and I do not know if because we were close to the laundry but my room had a smell to it. Even though my air conditioner ran it was very humid in my room that my clothes felt damp.

As always very clean room and amenities and great service.

The front desk staff member was friendly at check in. The hotel was clean, smelled a bit funny in the lobby, but everything appeared clean. I was hopeful at the time of booking that the newer exterior would equal a decently maintained room, but despite having been renovated, there was quite a bit of wear-and-tear in our room: broken trim under the mini-fridge, peeling/scratched paint on the bathroom door frame, a tear in the arm of the sofa, stained sofa cushions. Aside from the damage, the beds, bathroom, and the room in general were clean. We did not request a room change so can’t speak on how that would have been handled. I did appreciate the online check out option. All-in-all, I’ll probably stay somewhere else next time we’re in town.

Morning breakfast buffet was nice but a few additions would be helpful. Food wise … bagels and crème cheese at least added. A few healthier options offered would be ideal. A hand wash sink should be added in the dining area for guests, as well as attendants, use as needed.

I stayed here for business a couple nights because it was a walkable and affordable option to the Ritz Carlton where a conference was being held. The room was clean and provided a safe and comfortable place to work and rest. The lobby was very small and had a very strong cleaning product smell but staff were friendly.

Moisture into the room. Ironically, a digital thermometer with me and the humidity in my room registered at 73% I changed to a new room assuming the air-conditioning was not working properly. In the next room had the same high humidity of 68%. One evening the dampness was so bad in my room. I wound up taking a nap on the couch in the lobby around 4 o’clock in the morning.

Upon arrival at DFW I contacted front desk for courtesy shuttle per the web site. The attendant was hard to understand but was able to communicate that shuttle was broken, for me to find my own transportation. Once I arrived and received my room, the smell in it and hallway was unpleasant. Breakfast the following morning was free, it also was very limited and cheap. Don’t recommend staying here

nice and clean hotel and close to the airport

The hotel has rats and refused to a knowledge it when brought to their attention. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the rats until we had stayed for one whole night, we checked out early bc of sed rats and they refused to refund us for our second night. I wasn’t even asking for a full refund, just to be refunded for the night we weren’t staying there.

Awful experience, stayed here 4 nights and every night we took cold showers I expressed this to the staff and manager as well and nothing was done just multiple excuses and no plan. It wasn’t until I asked for a room change on our last day after giving their excuses a chance to follow through and hoping that the problem was just in that one room and it could possibly be hot water in the new room but it was the same as expected. The water was still cold and I wasn’t accommodated nor was anything done about my situation. Worst stay ever !

Website shows that they bar a shuttle to and from airport, they do not have it. This was the main reason inspected this hotels

Decent place, clan quiet and not far from the interstate

Terrible customer service . Do not care about assisting customers . Arrived a day early and was told only a two bedroom was available . I arrived at 1 AM in the morning. Keep in mind. My check was for three in the afternoon so I arrived early. They wanted to give me a two bedroom room for a very high rate and then have me move at 11 in the morning into my new room. It was just me by myself. I asked if it can be matched with the rate that I got the other days for and call customer service no help at all. while I was there, I had to get my key card activated twice because they deactivated it. I asked for a room towards the back so I can conveniently park since I am handicap and access a room before I can even finish my sentence the agent said well that’s what there is. Didn’t even hear my reasoning or anything when I took a shower. The water was cold not even warm room was decently cleaned. That’s why I have stayed there before and since I try not to associate with the employees didn’t care much for the customer service, but having to walk from the middle of the hallway all the way to the front with items in my hand was just absurd. On the last night I did have my son with me and went to the breakfast in the morning five minutes technically before closing, but it was just horrible trash over filling nothing available if cutoff time is 10 o’clock it should be 10 o’clock not 9:55 AM they didn’t want to reduce my rate the first day but yet can cut off breakfast early. Not my pick

The manager was really nice and professional. He was there Friday when I arrived.
