3. Rude and unprofessional front desk staff at night except morning staff. 3. Carpet had patches of dirt. 4. TV not connected to the internet. 5. Cleaning maid opened the door without knocking. 6. Front desk staff talking to me while browsing on the phone and with very rude demeanor and asked where I was from. This hotel should not be operating at all.

Better than I thought, based on previous reviews.

The staff was very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. The pool needed a bit of cleaning.

The beds were TERRIBLE!!!!! Trying to find a spot that I didn't sink completely in or roll off the bed was very challenging. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even take off my socks, the place just felt dirty. This property had a rating of 8.2 and I am not sure I would even give it a 6 except for location. To say the least I was very disappointed with this La Quinta property. My wife and I try to stay at their properties due to being very well kept up to date, clean, good staff. This property makes me reconsider. And Expedia needs to check out the properties themselves if you are going to rate them.

I booked this hotel as it said that an airport shuttle was available but they didn’t have a shuttle I also wanted a late check out and was ready to pay for it but they said they can only give me one extra hour payed for of course instead of what Expedia said which is a late checkout at 3pm the breakfast was very mediocre not a fairly good selection of options also the swimming pool was filthy with leaves was a terrible experience

The only issue I was that the shower kept backing up and I requested a late check out and was awakened by a knock on the door at 11am then a call at 11:15am, so what was the purpose of been granted a late check out if you’re still going to wake me up before??

Bed bugs!!! I only had a one night stay and continue to toss and turn because I was itching. I continuously checked the sheets in the middle of the night and nothing!!! This morning sure enough a red bed bug crawled from behind the pillow that was against the headboard. I showered quickly grabbed my stuff and left. The young lady was kind at the front desk but I don’t intend returning back. This is my 2nd time staying here for one night and again not a good experience. Lesson learned.

So, I got only one of those; sleep. -The jacuzzi was lukewarm -The internet went out and didn’t come back until the next morning -No hot water in the shower. I called to report these, but got nowhere. For example, “there’s no hot water because all the guests are using it at the same time”. Shouldn’t a decent place account for that? Ridiculous statement.

Bath clean ,but tub and shower very dated and old calking and tub was old and looked dirty.,other than that item it was good beds are very comfy and room clean ,with a excellent TV. SHOwer

Hines, LQ properties have REALLY been disappointing me in the last 2-5years with dirty and understaffed rooms and hotels. This one changed that trend! Clean, upkeep done. Being across from a ritz Carlton property may be shy, but it was 5/5 stay.

It’s was literally 90 degrees in my room the ac did not spread throughout the room I ultimately left the property.

Great location. Very spacious. Ok breakfast. Hallways smelled like weed at times. Missing iron and when i asked for one, i was not believed and the receptionist went into the privacy of my room to physically look for one. She was not nice or friendly at all.

The property is old , and smells like mildew when you go in

Room was clean - bathroom just need a lil work staff was good , didn’t go to the pool and no problems with parking.

The carpet needs to be replaced. HVAC system needs cleaning The Smell is the room caused me headache. I felt this hotel is definitely not family-friendly. Please do not bring your family here This is not Kid Friendly at all
