The room was so clean and up to date. Everything was easy including parking and location. Great for solo travelers!

Wendy at the bar was great. The gentleman that checked me in was too. I can’t remember his name. The room was clean and spacious, but could use a little more updating in the bathroom and a better refrigerator. The toilet was old and sat very low, the walls needed some repair, and the shower door did not close all the way. The water it was near was great, there was plenty of parking, and it was a nice quiet property.

Did not change sheets overnight and did not clean the bathroom no condiments left on the second day in the coffee condiments

It has beautiful setting by the lake.

Nice lake view. We will be back. Thank you.

After checking into our 11th-floor room and waiting for the show, we couldn't see the fireworks at all. We paid for a room based on information the hotel provided, and that information was completely inaccurate. This wasn't a misunderstanding on my part—it was misinformation from the hotel. If you don't know whether a room has a fireworks view, say so. Don't make promises that cause guests to spend hundreds of dollars expecting an experience they never receive. The room itself was fine, but that isn't why we chose this hotel. We chose it because we were told we would have a view of the fireworks, and that promise was not kept. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to give accurate information instead of making assurances they can't guarantee. I won't be trusting information from this hotel when making future reservations.

Nice patio and view! Staff was very friendly!

The room was advertised for 5 people. When we got there, there were only 2 beds. I asked the supervisor at the front desk, Gaby, if there were any options. She told me to "just deal with it" and either sleep 3 people on 1 bed or have the kids sleep on the floor. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations. Nice convenient amenities.
-
Creek view was great, so was food. Parking was expensive.
-
Our room and the hotel itself smelt like sewage through a lot of our stay. We were in town for a concert for one night and it was conveniently located to the concert venue and easily walkable.

Everything was amazing room was very clean and lobby and surrounding are beautiful. The only thing we had a problem was breakfast, we order ham and cheese omelette and we got plenty of eggs but hardly any cheese or ham which we ended up paying $54 for. Eggs were very overcooked with burnt spots here and there so I would say get a better cook for restaurant or loose customers at the restaurant. We didn’t try lunch or dinner because we didn’t want to be disappointed with very expensive meals with no protein in them. Rather go to McDonald and get what you paid for.

The view was amazing and relaxing. The shower was amazing as well. We definitely released and was able to reset this trip.
-
8th floor room. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a getaway.
-
Charged over $1300 when booking was already pre-paid. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Older property

One suggestion would be to have an oven in the room. Both open and closed parking are available at additional charge of $18. Overall a very good property
-
The room was pristine and the staff was amazing. We were offered complimentary breakfast at their buffet by a lakeview. We will definitely be back.
-
The location is nice - just steps from the area with tons of great restaurants and entertainment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a super comfortable bed with lovely lake views. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
-
Very nice hotel. Nice neighborhood clean rooms but was hot in room even with air conditioner turned down

Beds are not comfortable at all. Hard. Pillows completely flat. My back was killing me and my neck.
