The breakfast was also very good. There was a nice variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day. That said, there were a few disappointments. The shower water pressure was very inconsistent and would frequently drop, which made showering frustrating. I was also disappointed that the gym amenities were unavailable during my stay. Amenities like this are often a factor when choosing a hotel, so I believe closures should be disclosed at check-in. Having that information upfront allows guests to set expectations and plan their day accordingly. Overall, it was an acceptable stay. The spacious room, good breakfast, and accommodating staff helped make the experience enjoyable, but better communication about unavailable amenities and improvements to the shower experience would make it even better.

We had a bad experience with front desk on night shift. She wasn’t helpful at all. She lied to my kids about the pool hours. Not shur if she was having bad days but there was no hospitality for customer service.

Great amenities and clean rooms with Dove bath products. Nice size room with coffee maker, refrigerator etc. The morning breakfast was phenomenal that had all your breakfast needs.

Great hotel near Toyota Pavillion, but a little far to walk.

Location We had to request a different room because the first room was leaking water from the ac unit leaking all over the carpet, no trash bags in trash cans, the light was not bright enough.. having a child with special needs we need all of the above 100 percent functional

Cada dia tenía que bajar a Front desk para que me activarán la llave y el domingo por la tarde me di cuenta que no avisaron que cambiarían los escaner de las llaves y mi puerta no cerraba, no faltaba nada pero viajando sola es estresante. Lo repararon pero es un poco increíble que haya pasado eso. El desayuno muy bien, la lady muy atenta.
