Omni Las Colinas Hotel

Very good

Stayed over 4th of July weekend and all the planned activities were well organized and enjoyable. Service and food were excellent.

Room was clean staff was nice and helpful

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and overall property were great. Two minor grievances: 1 - we called front desk and asked for extra bath towels but never received and 2 - we stayed on July 4 which was a busy day at the pool and the quality of the pool water was poor (cloudy with a small collection of crud in one corner of the pool). That aside, I would recommend a stay here.

Won’t stay again. Poor service. Kitchen was delayed hours. Oversold property.

I would recommend this to friends. The good was good and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very beautiful and convenient. I would stay here again when visiting Dallas.

Waited 50 minutes for our room after check in time. Once we get in the refrigerator does not work, the pillows were terrible. Just a really bad experience.

Clean room, nice & helpful staff

We ran into a few hiccups during our stay and had to move to a couple of rooms due to the a/c not working. Overall, the place (while well-maintained) is a little older so the infrastructure needs a little update. The staff and the pool, however, more than made up for it. Thanks again to Jacob!

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but they don't make the breakfast drinks on the menu very early, even at 9am we could not get mimosas yet and their espresso machine was broken, so they comped some OJ for us. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was very dirty. Front desk is difficult to get ahold of. We accidentally got charged for parking twice and we've been trying to get it refunded for a few days but are on hold with the front desk for hours at a time :/ Overall, a very nice place though.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable price. Quiet and well maintained. Will definitely go again if in the Dallas area.

Very clean and organized. The entire staff was considerate, helpful and very kind! During our stay, there was simultaneously a group of 300 people staying for a reunion. Other than the elevators being very slow to get all the people to and from their rooms to the ballroom, we never felt crowded out or unattended. The OMNI staff was on top of it all.

Nova checked me in and he was very friendly, offered things to do in town and kindly gave me a room with a view on request. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Stellar service. The text feature is great. Free drink voucher was a lovely add. Other staff on the grounds were generally friendly. A couple of icy interactions with two other members of reception on checkout day felt out of place for a resort like this but otherwise was a wonderful (albeit short) stay. Would be a great value add to have a complimentary shuttle to destinations within a short radius of hotel.
