Hotel Indigo Irving Las Colinas by IHG

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) My stay at Hotel Indigo Las Colinas had several positives, but there are also some areas that could use improvement. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities were enjoyable. The front desk and hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, making check-in and the overall stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience didn’t meet the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Some menu items, particularly the lentil soup and Hummus , lacked Flavor , Overtly Salty and felt more like a cafeteria-style meal than something I’d expect from a hotel restaurant. With some improvements to seasoning, freshness, and presentation, the dining experience could be much better. Service at the pool was also disappointing. Although the staff was courteous, service was consistently slow, and it often took a long time to place an order or receive food and drinks. Even During non- busy hours, having more staff available or improving the workflow would make a noticeable difference for guests trying to relax by the pool. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its excellent staff, comfortable accommodations, and attractive property. If the restaurant quality and pool service improve, I would gladly consider staying here again.

A little bit of nickel and dime-ing. On top of the room charge, there was a parking cost that was not refunded. There was also a mandatory hotel store charge of $10, per room, whether you purchased anything or not from the minuscule store. Rooms were fine, but not the most welcoming nor honest.

Second, they are grifters - not only do they charge you a $15 a day per person a USE IT OR LOSE IT "credit" to be used at the hotel businesses, they automatically add 20% gratuity to every single thing, including the credit and the "complementary" breakfast! So if my partner and I at at the complementary breakfast I will still receive a bill for 20% of both our meals. Outrageous.

I love these IHG properties. The lobby aways has an inviting frest smell, staff is exceptional, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was modern, nicely sized and very clean. The only problem with my stay was that one of the elevators was out of service and the other one would take too long to get to arrive. Others than that it was a very good experience.

There were several add on charges to the bill. There was a $10 fee with check-in and they wanted to charge $12 for self parking.

Our stay was great! Definitely we will be back!

Thr awesome staff and amenities.Food was great! The additional fees, high incidental retainer amount and the thin walls.

Great rooms and pool

Very nice hotel, but having to pay an additional $35 to check-in before 3pm was unfair. It was not disclosed anywhere before I purchased the room.

Good stay. Clean accommodating. Didn’t like the fact I have to pay for parking when I’m self parking my own car. Rooms were clean and staff were reachable.

Our experience here was a 10/10! The staff was so friendly, rooms were beautiful and clean and it was very conveniently located to the Toyota Pavilion! I would definitely recommend staying here

Location They nickel and dime you …. $150 incidental deposit, $15per day for parking, plus random fees. We paid for the room weeks before coming but still had a list of additional fees.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff

We ran into a little issue when I went to dinner. The chef was left solo because the later shift assistant called in, leaving him on his own. As a result he ran out of sauces necessary to execute many of the dishes. He did have some alternatives that he executed nicely and I was more than happy to be flexible given the pressure he was under. He deserves a pat on the back. Breakfast was great the next day and having a reliable place to eat dinner and breakfast was a huge plus for me. Additionally, the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I will be back.

The location is perfect but is too price for what it is For $40 dollars breakfast is not enough

This property exceeds expectations. The facility itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. The rooms are elegant, well-kept, and designed with a great eye for detail. A perfect choice for anyone looking for a premium experience.
