Room was big but dated TV in master bedroom keep going in. And out. Hot tub was working correctly or hot... No elevator

The front desk staff was very warm and inviting which was nice after having to switch hotels at the very last minute. However, the hotel itself is just okay. We loved having two king beds for our family but the room had a cat urine smell and zero blankets; only sheets. We were able to grab a comforter from the front desk but it had a faint smoke smell to it. The breakfast was less than desirable in taste. However, the beds were comfy and the location great! Super quiet property. For the cost and location, we'd stay here again if we needed to.

The dirtiest room I ever stay in my life. The room smells like cat pee, the carpet was so dirty when you walk your feet turns black and sticky. It was so terrible I'll never come back.

It was hime away from home. My family and I were very pleased and comfortable. Breakfast options everyday were different. Having an actual stove in our room was definitely a plus. All the extra space was great. Can't remember the front desk lady name but she was amazing. She took good care of us. My daughter named her MS. THANG. Will definitely be back here

We had a pleasant experience here! It was me, my sister and 2 teenagers. Beds/sheets were clean. A lot of people I had seen on here complained about the bottom of the tubs being dirty…. But honestly, it’s just the nonslip stuff that’s on the bottom of the tubs… those won’t ever be ‘truly’ cleaned. We never got to take advantage of the pool so I don’t know about that. But this was a comfortable, safe, and great location. They don’t clean rooms everyday because it’s more of an extended stay type of place. At least the room we were in was. It had a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms/2 full bath. I’d stay here again.

THE ROOMS WERE OLD , UNKEPT AND NASTY. I WILL BE SENDING THE PICS TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. THE ENTIRE HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED

Very spacious rooms and convenient location. Breakfast was a plus. Very close to shopping area and restaurants

First room the toilet would not flush. Got a new room and the cleanliness was lacking. The body gel and conditioner were empty and had to call for extra toilet paper and wash rags. In need of room service to pay attention to details. The refrigerator kept making a grinding noise that kept waking me up.

Do not recommend this property at all. The bathroom and shower were filthy with dirty foot prints inside. The cabinet under the mirror had a toothpaste dribble down the front of it. The countertops in the kitchen and the forks were sticky. There was only one towel and one washcloth per bathroom. The pull out bed had no bedding at all - not even a sheet. The kitchen sink made a loud popping sound the ENTIRE stay. I have photos and videos.

Such a relaxing place to stay , had a really nice bbq area and the rooms were amazing !!

The rooms were dated and not clean at all. Our room had mosquitoes and flies. Staff was decent however on requesting an extra hour for checkout they didn't want to help at all. The carpet in our rooms had stains everywhere and not cleaned/vacuumed. Sink was clogged, dishwasher racks didn't work and the vent/exhaust fan in the kitchen didn't work. If I had the option to give 0 star to the room I would.

This hotel was not about seemed in the listing. It was not cleaned properly the walls was dirty the bars in the shower was broken (very unsafe) the lamp shade was broke and still hanging on with sharp metal pieces, there was dead flies and cobwebs and dust and dirt in the window seals. I was charged for daily parking which was not added in the listing last but not least they didn’t have a room available for me until almost 5 pm despite me having a reservation and I couldn’t cancel my reservation and go somewhere else cause they wouldn’t refund my money of I wanted to cancel the whole booking. To say they least very ghetto very tacky and desperate for business

This has been the most upsetting stay for us especially when it carries the brand name Hyatt. The bed spread had stains, there were worms in bathroom, toilet flush had a leak, empty bottle in soap dispenser and on top of it, no phone connection in room to connect to the operator. When we went directly and complained and requested to fix these problems, guess what, no one attended any of the issues and just did not care. Even a simple motel would do better customer service than this. They even charge here for car parking but not at all a worthy stay.

The staff was nice, tge breakfast was good. The rooms were ok.

I liked the pool and the hot tub Checked in with Amy G - whose attitude was absolutely disgusting and disgraceful upon each encounter throughout our 5 night stay. Every other staff member was wonderful. If they would get rid of the bad apple in the bunch, this property would thrive a little more. Throughout our stay we encountered other guests, whom were also complaining about the SAME staff member, Amy G. She is horrible and shouldn’t be aloud to work behind the desk around paying customers. We paid $1800 to stay here for only 5 nights - I was expecting better customer service for sure. She needs to be on trash duty or washing dishes if she’s gonna work there, or somewhere far away from paying customers. If she does remain on staff- I would at least recommend retraining her - at minimum. She was so rude during our check in process that I told her if she kept being ugly- she would need to get someone else to come check us in. The crazy thing is she had a poor attitude over HER OWN MISTAKE. She kept trying to tell us that the virtual card booking sent her was declining - my husband and I run a hotel ourselves, and in our many years of experience we have NEVER had a virtual card decline. Keep in mind I mentioned to her that she had to be doing something wrong - because I rented 2 rooms under the same reservation and paid in full for them both and she was successfully able to check us into the first room so she also should have been able to check us into the second one with ease. . She wasn’t trying to hear it - she made us get out of line after having already waited , to call booking and request another virtual card to be sent. Once talking to booking - they informed us the reason why the card was declining was because she was trying to overcharge what the reservation amount was. She didn’t like that she was wrong and her negative attitude only got worse from there. Not one apology.

The carpet small like a dog,sofa has lots of stains, bathroom sink stop up, kitchen sink disposal makes noise when it's not on, shower water leaks on the floor with the shower door closed. Trash left under the kitchen sink.
