The bathroom counter was smaller than tiny. They ran out of breakfast before 8am. I chose it for the location, but I will travel 5 more miles and pay the same price for a little more space.

We will definitely stay again on our way to and from Seattle. Our first experience and we were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were all very nice. My room’s soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty - which was inconvenient as I didn’t discover the lapse until I was already in the shower

make a reservation through Expedia, which they could have said at first. I still did not understand the situation. The manager was rude and unprofessional in dealing with me. The front desk staff, Barbara was the most professional through this situation. Finally, I went through Expedia. To threaten with arrest!!?

Room has zero storage space. Zero furniture. There’s hornets on the grounds

It’s in issaquah. So it’s nice. Cons: Very overpriced for what you get with your money. Spiderwebs in the corner of the hotel room The room has absolutely zero space No pool One of the outdoor doors does not work with keycard. Just appears to be broken Asked hotel staff for more laundry soap so i could do laundry and they told me “there’s only one key can you come back in a hour” like you’re the one at work here, get the key. I’m paying to stay here on vacation. It’s really clear the staff doesn’t give a damn

Nice size room. Breakfast had a nice selection typical of most hotels. Walking distance to a restaurant, shopping and Costco. Area felt very safe. Would stay there again.

Staff was helpful and kind. I appreciated the computer/printer in the lobby so I could easily print my boarding passes. Location is within walking distance of restaurants and a Costco as well as close to I-90. My only suggestions are for a large dresser and providing some hooks on the wall opposite the microwave/mini frig to hang clothes and coats.

This was the least attractive Fairfield Inn I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with a lobby that looks dated and unattractive. Rooms and bathrooms that are really small and also need updating. The sign in the elevators says that housekeeping services are offered every other day, but we checked in on Sunday and by 4pm on Weds they still hadn’t come to the room, so we were out of towels, shower gel, soap. I will say that we stopped at the front desk on our way out for dinner and they were very responsive and apologetic. The room had been cleaned and restocked when we came back. The free breakfast was typical, but the breakfast sausage was terrible. Not even sure it was really meat. All in all, it was not up to a Fairfield Inn standards. I expected up to date, modern, and clean and it was quite the opposite.
