Fairfield Inn by Marriott Issaquah

Our king size bed only had standard size pillows. Hard to get settled. Our AC unit was very noisy as well. Room was clean and check in was easy.

The room was nice and clean. But when I was taking a shower I went to use the body soap and it was completely empty. I told my boyfriend to call the front desk and no one answered. So I ended up having to use his.

Good location. Near a lot of restaurants & stores, many within walking distance. It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Hallways and elevators were clean. It was pretty much the standard you would expect from this kind of hotel. Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

Great stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Exactly what we needed for our family.

The location was good. The food that was left tasted fine The food available was minimal in that it started at 6:30 am and was pretty picked over by 7 am.

Our room was an extremely long walk from the lobby. To get closer we would have to climb a flight of stairs and we were in a handicapped room. Very poor layout of rooms. Outside sitting area smelled of garbage. Never stay there again.

We were only there for one night but after traveling from Spokane to Seattle and back again within 36 hours, this place felt like heaven. Nothing.

It was good. Will be back!

The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were serviced every day and exceeded my expectations.

Property advertised it had a restaurant and it does not. Also a bar which was not open because they lost their bartender. Also promised a late check out when I made the reservation but would not honor the 1pm request (waiting for medical procedure)

Breakfast was not great.

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was recently renovated. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We stayed for three nights while visiting family. The stay was quite enjoyable. The only negative thing was that they only make up the room every other day. I didn’t get a discount for the day they didn’t make up the room so I really wish they had mentioned it at check in so I could have requested it. Apparently, it was mentioned on a small card I was given at check in with the WiFi info. We did request new towels, though, so it worked out. Overall we were pleased with our choice of hotels.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I was second in line. They said they didn't have a room, then said they did but couldn't find it, then found one. They charged me full price for it when they were allegedly placing an incidental hold, even though the reservation was prepaid. They said it was because of a new computer system, but the lack of training and lack of communication was unacceptable. I went down the next morning to check on the charges because the night desk worker didn't know, and the morning person couldn't answer either and told me I needed to come back after the manager got out of a meeting. I would never stay here again, new computer system or not

Comfortable mattresses. Convenient location. Wish it was a bit cheaper.
