Would definitely stay again
-
Parking is expensive and very very tight. Kind of scary parking on level one.
-
Nice size clean room. Good size bathroom and room layout. A modest fee for parking, but very convenient and safe. Pool for the kids.

Room was very clean and new. Lots of light and power plug-ins. Breakfast was ok. Have to pay a parking fee, which is fine, but not when it is small and hard to maneuver anything larger than a small SUV. My Jeep Gladiator was hard to fit in garage parking, height was fine, widith not so much for the parking spots.

Great room, enough space for my family of 6 as we were in town for the Marines game. Trundle bed was great! Breakfast was nice—lots of options. They were slammed on one of the mornings but the staff didn’t blink an eye, just kept the food coming. We’ll stay again.

Front desk staff were exceptional

great location, clean exterior and well maintained. Room was quite comfortable

The worst part is that for a non smoking hotel the lobby reaks like smoke every afternoon night from the smokers smoke drifting in. In the mornings, if they are out of something (Yoplait vs Greek yogurt), they are out, no restocking. Our room had a broken tub and my husband had to spend about 45 minutes of his time getting it to drain after my daughter took a bath so we could shower without standing in her water. Maintenance was not going to fix it during our stay. The did offer us a discount, but I'm still waiting to get it.

Breakfast, small pool

This is our favorite hotel to stay when we head up to Seattle. It’s perfect for five people to sleep comfortable. Always clean, professional staff and a wonderful breakfast. I would highly recommend it!

Bring your own towels! They did not have enough clean towels and our family had to share. The front desk said they would let us know when they got more clean towels and we never received any. No pool towels either.

Great location, nice room.

Everything was great. Will stay here again.

I had the perfect stay to prepare and recover from my marathon. Room is spacious, modern, clean and quiet. Thank you to the staff for a perfect stsy.

Unfortunately, the replacement room had an extremely noisy air conditioner. A staff member came to inspect it, acknowledged that the noise was unusually loud, removed the air conditioner cover, and simply turned the unit off. He told us that if we found the noise unacceptable, this was the only solution. When we contacted the front desk again, we were told that changing rooms was not possible that day and that we would have to wait until the next day. On the positive side, the room was spacious and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. However, the inconsistent service and the way the air-conditioning issue was handled were disappointing.

I will never stay there again. My experience is only with this particular hotel. They did something that cost me a lot!!! They were unsympathetic, uncompassionate, and transactional.
-
Elevator broken the entire time we were there. Maid service only came once. Double charged us for parking. Can't get ahold of anyone to fix the parking charge issue. Bedspread blanket too small for bed.

Very good

Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds, morning breakfast does the trick with all you’ll need to start your day. Parking easy and convenient and location is close to shopping and a Wild Fin American Grill within walking distance for a great dinner.

The breakfast food was lukewarm at best. One of the Hotel at the front desk was so loud and boisterous that no one within 15 feet of her could hear anyone else talking and trying to communicate directions. She 100% full of herself. I will not stay at this property again.
