Convenient Heater didn't work, not enough blankets

Hotel was fine, front desk lady was nice, free wifi was a plus. I think the heater in the room didn't work properly so I woke up pretty cold and with a sore throat. i set it to 68 but woke up to see that it was 62 in the room... Also toilet was a little old, had to hold the flush lever. Also weird area, saw I think people who just live here which is fine, but didn't feel like the safest area.. Mattress kept moving and I had to keep sliding it against the frame..

Booked a Queen and got a full-size mattress on a queen bed frame. Arrived super late and didn't realize until we had already unpacked. See photo. Asked for a partial refund and they said they would get back to me. Never heard anything, of course.

No breakfast. There was no heat in the room. 69 degrees.

The room that I was provided with was in terrible condition. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The rooms on the website are a joke and look nothing of the sort upon arrival. The toilet was running, there was no bathroom door, there was mold all over the bathroom baseboard walls and big giant patch of mold above the toilet, the floor boards are missing pieces on the floor, several spiders along with an overwhelming smell in the room. Nobody should be staying at this motel and the mold issue needs to be looked at by the health department. The website says non refundable as I booked the room online first and showed up onsite later that day. I ONLY was there about 10 minutes and immediatley went back to the front desk to return my key as I was not staying there! If Issaquah had a bad area it would be this motel, what a shame for such a beautiful city.

The location was convenient and the Booking.com price was exceptional. We just needed a place to stay for an early morning doctors appointment in Seattle, and this was a good fit. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, the shower was really small—but good enough. We were able to park near the steps to our room and my husband was pleased that there’s an IHOP in the same parking lot. If you’re looking for a chandelier in the lobby and a grand reception, this is not your place. The towels are thin, but clean. Bring your own shampoo.

You get what you pay for, if you just need a place to sleep and keep your things it's a pragmatic choice.

Wouldn’t recommend as the room barely had any room between the two queen beds. No breakfast and the toilet was clogged when we got to the room. There was no door on the shower, just a makeshift curtain that was covered in mildew

When I checked in I asked for a bottom floor I have a hard time climbing stairs. He said it was late and didn't have any rooms available he did but it was at a higher price. They have a no smoking policy on the premise but the staff smoked on premise 👎👎👎
