Hotel was fine. A storm came through and they lost power. We still stayed because we didnt have another place. It was very hot and w the power outage, there was no AC. Some lights worked. Our food went bad in the fridge. They didnt offer any compensation whatsoever. I understand weather is out of thier control, but I wouldve thought Hilton would do SOMETHING for us.

Nice room, breakfast, and staff. Only challenge was the ice machine being close to the door and hearing it being used. Would stay here again.

I loved the cleanliness of hotel and the many things we had access to, our studio room had a refrigerator and also a sofa bed that was very convenient we also had green apples available if needed and hot tea and coffee if needed to relax/kick back. Our staff was wonderful. The breakfast was so fresh and tasty.

The room was great…except that I got charged twice for it. I asked at the front desk, showed my bank account with two of the exact same charges, and she assured me that I was only charged once. Five minutes later they called my room to say that there was a “glitch in the system” and I was charged twice and they processed a refund. This was Friday, today is Sunda, and I still have not received my refund. This is going on three days where I don’t have access to over $400 of my money because of a “glitch” in their system. This would have been a five star review if this had not happened. I did not authorize them to charge me twice. I only swiped my card one time. I am beyond irritated.

The bathroom was nasty.It was hair in the shower on the walls and on the bottles of shampooing conditioner i've stood at the counter, waiting to check.In what's some regulars came up to the counter To extend their stay and she took them before me.
