The hotel was not well maintained, room and bathroom were not cleaned throughly. Had made reservation for three guests, only two total bath towels for two night stay placed in the room on initial check in, when asked for one more was told completely out of towels and suggested I use a bath mat

Somehow, the room key didn't work all sudden on the last day of stay. And the before the check out, a lady approached to my husband and screamed that he had to pay for the breakfast. First of all, it is not necessary to raise a voice to the guest, any circumstance. I don't know what confusion comes from but hopefully they have a little better employee education for future.

The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time.

I booked approximately 4 weeks in advance and asked for 2 rooms adjoining and if not at least next to each other or across the hall. I called 2 weeks in advance to verify that this can be done. They said it looks like it can be done. We get there and one room is on the second floor. The other room is on the 4th floor. TERRIBLE! The pool was broken. The clerk at front desk had all these rooms of people to check in and I said can’t you swap one room for a room that’s on the same floor? She said NOPE! I was told not to change anything. We get into the room and second floor room 209 and all night long every time the ice machine would run or someone would turn on water or flush a toilet a loud generator noice would come roaring through our room! It was awful! We got zero sleep. Needless to say I can honestly say that this hotel service and everything you guys did not do for us ruined a very special fun night. You should be ashamed and I have called the manager and will go even higher up the chain of command. I want a full refund and I will never stayninnthisnhotel again. Ever!

The stay was completely disappointing. Upon arriving the check in was completely wrong, we were given the wrong room based on last name and had to switch rooms after getting to the room. Once getting the correct room the room looked worn down and used , the tub was dirty the rooms were dusty. The heat smells like it was burning when turned on. The pool was closed and we weren’t told that until arriving. The elevator got stuck constantly as well. We will not be back

Overall, my room was clean and I appreciated how big the bathroom was and well lit for a single king room. Staff was very helpful and parking was convenient.

Really enjoyed the stay and the staff was hospitable. Only issue was the maid walking in at 9:45 AM on Saturday morning while my wife was in the shower with the “Do Not Disturb” hanging on the door. We were booked through Sunday but for staff to enter an occupied room without waiting on a response from an occupant - WOW!
