We left before the breakfast but I am sure that it was good. Manager was awesome!!

Very clean rooms, breakfast was great with make your own waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Also 4 different rotating hot items like scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. Pastries, juice, milk and yougurt are also available. Such a nice stay and will stay again next year for race week.

The front desk person was asleep on a couch near the front desk. I had to wake them up to check me in. Then I got back one day and someone had pooped in our toilet and left it there while we were gone!

Very friendly staff.

Staff was rude, pool was closed (even though we were told on check-in that it was open), fire alarms went off at 4am for 30 seconds and stopped…no one seemed to know what was going on, with anything. My daughter has a severe allergy and the employees in charge of breakfast had no idea what the ingredients were for anything. I had chosen this hotel for breakfast and the pool, neither of which we were really able to utilize. The room itself was ok. Everything just a little bit dingy/old, but clean-ish. It was a very disappointing stay. When I approached staff, they didn’t seem like they could care less about any of it. We will be staying elsewhere next year.

The staff Could have got it at a cheaper price

The hotel was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
-
The other thing is that we had dirty towels in a closet, but the room looked decent. I don’t take pictures. I should have taken pictures.

Breakfast was good. Quality was good even though we came near the end of the time. I discovered that historically this location has problems with their "cable" service during inclimate weather. By chance the NFL playoff games were on Saturday night. Sadly that portion of the programs were out due to the weather. Amazingly service came back around halftime. Staff indicated this is an ongoing problem that your supplier cannot repair. I am surprised you have not addressed this issue with your reputation for quality.

Well first dogs barking in the hall for about 5 minutes at 1am. Then there fire alarm was glitching and beeping at 645a. Then leaf blowers going blowing the snow. Made for a rough time sleeping. Staff was great though and very kind. Lady at the counter was from another hotel. Veey kind and helpful though.

The hotel was fine. Although the TV did not work and we waited forever to be relocated to a new room since the front desk was busy with check ins. Also it would be good to know that there is a $200 deposit for third party reservations. I think that was the part that bothered me the most.
