What I expected.

Great hotel, great breakfast, clean and pretty rooms. I thought the bed was too firm for my comfort but my family member liked it. It was quiet and the staff were helpful. Pay with a credit card though.

They included breakfast, but there was only one day we left after that had opened up. The options looked good (what you would expect for the price). All-in-all, no complaints. I would stay here again.

The property is steps away from the highway, and not well maintained. Many people loitering outside. There is no elevator. The room was ok but the bathroom was not clean (scum on the handle of the faucet) and the shower drain was very slow which is a major hygiene concern.

The staff is more than helpful. I forgot to include that I needed a room on the first floor due to a handicap and the staff was more than willing to accommodate our family. I also forgot my key inside the room and they were so helpful to get me back in. All the breakfast that was served was hot and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

1st floor of hotel down the room hallways, has carpet padding down, hopefully the new carpet will be completed soon. 2nd floor has been remodeled and looks great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Note to those with physical disabilities, there are no elevators, make sure you request 1st floor room. Breakfast was eggs, bisquits/gravy, waffles, sausage along with the other basics. Did the job and was appreciated coming from someone who normally doesn't eat breakfast. Clean rooms, appreciated the laundry area and overall building clean - staff washed lobby doors daily, breakfast area wiped down after use. We stayed 4 nights and will be back when in Jackson. Thank you!

Hotel was clean and have stayed in much worse and better. 2 things were had to try to talk them into 1st floor room as wife has trouble climbing stairs and they had no elevator to 2nd floor. Second was when we checked out they didn't give us a receipt so I asked and they said I would get it thru expedia which sounds strange. So have no clue yet if we're charged correctly or not.

Breakfast was good with lots of variety, a nice surprise! Scrambled eggs were a little dry. Other hot foods good. Waffle maker was great! Clean breakfast area! Overall enjoyable breakfast. Thanks. Coffee etc always available in the lobby and fresh!! Staff pleasant and very accommodating, excellent! Ample parking available. Easy to get to from main highways. Although two stories, elevator not available (understandable) but staff very kindly offered a first floor level room too, which was very much appreciated. thank you! Our room was on the main level and easy to access. Baymont is very near a main road artery so it was easy to get on but not bothersome with road noise. We had everything we needed for a good stay.

I had a great stay and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice place. Would NOT let us get a late check out like most places do but the location was perfect for dinning and shopping

I liked that the rooms and beds were decent enough to stay and get a good night rest before my event. I didn’t like that I was being harassed about checking in and a payment for the room when I wasn’t even ready to check in yet. I was traveling and trying to make it safe. I also didn’t like the 2nd night i booked a room the same situation. Then on top of that the guy threaten to cancel my reservation for non-payment. Which did not make sense to me, or I haven’t ever been treated like this before with a reservation. I usually pay when I check in for the room. Then also was blindsided with some connivence fee that is not told or stated.

The front desk check in was helpful, patient, and friendly. The fact it was under construction. My room was next door to where they were working. I heard sawing and pounding til 10 pm. Curtains were dirty as well as window.
