Countryside Inn and Suites

TV did not work. Mgr. tried but would not work. Elevator was out of service. Had to walk two flights. I am disabled and only will stay on 1st. floor unless equipped with elevator. Elevator worked when checking in, then not at all. Coffee service did not have the pod holder, so no coffee. Frankly, I received better accommodations at Motel 6. I recommend viewing the room before committing.

I pulled up and it looked run down with sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot. I didn’t stay.

Terrible it was dirty outside the property and inside. Stains on pillow cases, smelled horrible, bathroom was dirty. So it’s not missed, the smell was awful. Zero stars, do not stay here. The lobby is the only somewhat clean area.. Stained carpet and dark parking lot

No breakfast and owners don’t care, pathetic place to be

The bathroom There was blood stains in the sheets an huge hole in the ceiling the staff was extremely rude had a horrible odor in the hallways the work out room was nasty will never come back

Run away, Forest, run away as fast as you can!!

The breakfast buffet was not as advertised. No eggs, meat potatoes. The waffle iron was not turned on had no instructions so you had to make three waffles to get one that was halfway edible. The person that was in charge barely spoke English and didn’t know anything the room wasn’t clean. The pool and white room were disgusting. On the last day we went to check out there were no carts available and we had just had surgery. No one was at the front desk. We called the number and got somebody and they said that the luggage carts may be on the second floor. They didn’t offer to get them or say sorry that they were where they were supposed to be. We would never stay there again.

Shower curtains all dirty tough is all dirty there was no soap the breakfast was cereal or waffles not good

The property is run down and in need of renovations. Our room had a bad smell and the toilet seat was cracked in half.

The beds were not comfortable could have a better breakfast and atleast the pool working

Quiet and the price. we wanted a down stairs room (we ask for it in advance) got a second floor room

Very ran down place needed a place to stay within budget however smelled bad and was not clean unless you like 60’s furniture and microwaves on top of ottoman, broken tv beside a new tv with one channel, and cockroaches I would not advise staying here. Poorly maintained fire sprinklers painted over and lots of dust and webs dirty carpet not very inviting. Just being honest here.

Breakfast was minimal. Light above the vanity didn't work. OK place for one night.

First time staying there and will spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. They emptied my room because of a mistake was made on their part. I was booked until Sunday. Pool was closed- no mention when booked.

Smelled bad and breakfast was horrible

The outside of the hotel looked dirty the same with the lobby. The elevator smelled horrible and room windows were filthy. The furniture was dusty. The shampoo bottles were moldy. I just don’t understand how can this place be in business. The pictures shown on the Expedia website weren’t real to what I expected. Please don’t stay there.

Breakfast & bedsize Staff was very rude, yelling at me in front of my children. 0/10 do not recommend after I paid them very good money to stay there for about a week or so
