The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place.

As I was leaving there was a cleaning lady in the hallway on her phone, she did get off her phone when she saw me coming. I smiled and spoke to her, but she did not respond back. I was not very pleased with that interaction with her!

I like the location. The breakfast food is good. I like this hotel and stay numerous times per year. The cups for the coffee are the same as most hotels but i feel like they should be bigger. I went to a gas station and got a bigger cup to use in the morning. They also have the small creamer cups instead of creamer pumps in big bottles. This would be much better and even more cost effective. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeled back a lot. The shower had build up so discolored. I feel like this hotel is failing over time. I stay quite often.

I attend an annual 5k in Jackson and choose this property every time - rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and shower is hot!

Clean newly built hotel lots of amenities price was fair not expensive not cheap. Staff was accommodating good breakfast nothing spectacular but good.

Breakfast was very limited in the offerings. No issues with checking in or out. Location offers no walking opportunities.
