Comfort Inn & Suites Jackson North

Overall the property and room were good. The continential breakfast (which was one of the reasons that we selected this location) was lacking in service and efficiency. They actually had no knives available for use, and the person servicing the breakfast and area seemed to be over busy. Neither of these issues in and of themselves was a big issue, but it did make an impression.

It was an amazing stay for the price.

Rarely was there an employee at the desk. We had a corner room an the first floor, and the wifi signal in our room was too weak to connect tok. This was a problem that I thought hotels fixed 15 years ago.

The room was sufficient, the staff was friendly however( misinformed concerning deposit for incidentals when using third party reservations); air conditioning great, breakfast was lacking.

A good place to sleep but not much else going on. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast.

The room was clean & comfortable. The landscaping was overgrown with weeds, not a good first impression. Hotel itself could use updating

The bed was ROUGH. Felt like sleeping on cardboard! Everything else was fine! But it made for a rough sleep when we had to be up in the morning. Really hurt my back. Also got a noise complaint for talking at a normal volume (literally just having a conversation) at 10pm on Memorial Day weekend. A little bit of a vibe killer, but not the staff’s fault! They also banged extremely loud on our wall and scared us before calling to make the noise complaint. Seems a little backwards😂

Breakfast was very good. I had a concern about the a/c but it did stay cool enough during the night.

The room was great. But the staff was not customer service oriented. Our welcome was not welcoming. Staff looked down and mumbled. And there was no half and half for breakfast coffee. They just had creamer with sugar

Beds were terrible and complained but no help from front desk said we had been in the room for 2 hours before we complained!! Also asked for more towels and would not give us any until we brought down our used ones!! Very poor service will NOT be staying at any Comfort Inns ever again! Telling w ergo e we know about it too!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

A second waffle maker would move things along better at breakfast. The shower could be a little warmer. But at least, no one will get scalded!

My stay overall was good, room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was half was thru my stay I requested to fresh towels while I was gone for the day. When I came back at the end of the day there were no fresh towels. I asked the front desk for just one set of towels/ washcloths to get thru the night so they could replace the towels the next day. The front desk said they couldn’t give out new towels until the dirty towels were returned. She offered to follow me to my room to gather the towels but then didn’t want to touch them and became rude. Is she didn’t want to touch them why not just tell me to bring them down to the front desk.

Room service was terrible. Food service was mediocre at best.

The bed was not made. I found small curly hairs in my sheets.

Good price for a large room with great amenities. WiFi internet access was limited. Breakfast is disappointing.
