I will never stay at this establishment again. The rooms were not clean at all. My air conditioner did not work the four days that I was there and no one tried to accommodate me by moving me to another room. I have been calling to speak with the manager says I left and they keep telling me she’s not gonna be there until the next business day my room had dog food all over it. You could tell that the room has not been vacuumed. the wall had a stain on it, and the mirror was off track as well. My dating also was not changed and I kept requesting to speak with a manager who they said it was not on duty. It would be in on Sunday morning. When I checked out on Sunday, they told me that she would be there on Monday morning at 7 AM. When I called in this morning, they told me she would not be there till tomorrow at 7 AM. This is not the way to run an establishment I will never patronize this hotel nor stay here again, and I advise the same to anyone else who’s gonna be here there are other options that may be available that you should choose

The room and hotel itself were clean. We didn’t have a remote in our room and when we called down to ask where it was she said, “There is one down here if you want to come get it.” I don’t expect them to jump at the opportunity to have to come all the way up to our room but it wasn’t our fault we didn’t have a remote in there. Also, there were parts of the ceiling in the lobby that looked like it was peeling, the floor looked to be in rough shape, and our shower door would not close and you could see the seal on the shower door was coming up. We didn’t t do any of the amenities we only stayed one night. If they would go and fix the property up/upgrade it would be a nice place to stay.

Every surface in this hotel was sticky and dirty. The sheets looked and smelled fine but everything else had a literal film on it. They charge $10.95 for CEREAL AND CRAPPY MUFFINS oh and don’t forget the disgusting coffee. The lobby was unbearably hot, so there’s no world in which we were sitting there to eat breakfast anyways even if I had felt like spending $50 for my family to have stale cereal. The air conditioning in the room made a terrible screeching sound all night. The valet parking cost $30. Your ONLY other option for parking is just street parking and hope for the best. The only reason I’m doing 2 starts instead of 1 is because they accommodated a late check in. Although I did have to call Hilton honors and have them get ahold of the hotel, since the front desk was very blatantly just not answering the phone.

I appreciated the fact that the hotel was quiet at night. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable.

Not the best hotel on this area.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and nice. I didn’t get to go to the pool ran out of time, but I will most definitely be back.

The property is quite grand. Valet parking is the only option - which is fine. There were 3 attendants at the Valet desk and not one of them came to my car or offered to help this 68 year old lady up the stairs with my suitcase!! Now- Saturday morning the valet attendant was wonderful. He took my suitcase to the car and was very friendly. My room was 83 degrees and the thermostat was broke. There was no remote for the TV AND I had to go to the front desk twice before the desk attendant came up to the room with a drill and fixed the lock so I could get in!!! Needless to say, I asked for a different room and was re-roomed. THAT room was great. Breakfast in the morning - I paid the $10.00 was limited but the staff were attentive and friendly

Valet is $28 a night and there is only street parking so you are forced to use it. The only good thing was that the room was nice and cold and it was quiet.
-
We had to change rooms twice. The first time the door wouldn’t close. The second time the AC was broken. And the third time the toilet didn’t flush properly, we just decided not to move anymore.
-
The room darkening shade was missing from the window, which made sleep difficult.

My family and I was on college tours for my daughter and with Hiltons always having been our go to hotels, I was very disappointed. There was no water pressure in the shower, the toilet paper holder was broken, the A/C vent rattled the entire night and the toilet wouldn't flush. Very disappointed

I loved the courtesy and efficiency of the valet and front desk staff. My family and my dog were made welcome immediately even though we checked in a few minutes early. I have to say the architecture and decor were the most beautiful of the hiltons I have stayed in so far. Each hilton provided the same consistent amenities and snack shop. This one has a restaurant available so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were out most of the day so we didnt have the opportunity to try the other meal options during our stay. We will take advantage when we return next year!

All staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to shout out the dinner and breakfast staff, who went out of their way to check on our family and make sure our 2 year old was having a good time. Thank you Sharon and her team! We booked the king suite and I was excited to use the separate bathtub/shower for both myself and my toddler. Unfortunately, the water coming out of the bath tub was yellow and there were some black flakes as well, and we could not use it to bathe our toddler. When I was taking a shower later there were tiny hairs on the shower wall. The bathroom was the only unpleasant part of our stay- everything else was wonderful. However, it did have a big impact on our evening.

My room was sold and hotel was sold out. As were all area hotels. Absolutely no where to sleep.

The front desk person was very unprofessional at check and when I asked for a ink pen.Other than that fine...

Gorgeous building! Stinky and dirty hotel! Gorgeous downtown hotel ran worse than motel 6!! Extremely lazy and useless staff! Valley guys saw us and went inside and just set there till we got there and asked them to park our car! Front desk lady gave us only 1key(you cant use elevator unless you can key)! Room was used and not cleaned and phone was not working! We came back to font desk and told her about it. She only said :” my system shows it is clean!”. She gave us another keys. Had to ask for 2 . Came to a “clean” room, yet it was extremely stinky! It was 11pm, so after 12 hours of driving we just went to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. Check out was ok.

Great old hotel. Staff were great we arrived early but they arranged a room no problem The pool and spa weren't working, there is not much around it, I got the feeling the area had seen better days
-
Dirty bathroom the lounge one, mold present, and old expired food. Very poor cleanliness and hygiene.
