We had to change rooms twice. The first time the door wouldn’t close. The second time the AC was broken. And the third time the toilet didn’t flush properly, we just decided not to move anymore.
-
The room darkening shade was missing from the window, which made sleep difficult.

My family and I was on college tours for my daughter and with Hiltons always having been our go to hotels, I was very disappointed. There was no water pressure in the shower, the toilet paper holder was broken, the A/C vent rattled the entire night and the toilet wouldn't flush. Very disappointed

I loved the courtesy and efficiency of the valet and front desk staff. My family and my dog were made welcome immediately even though we checked in a few minutes early. I have to say the architecture and decor were the most beautiful of the hiltons I have stayed in so far. Each hilton provided the same consistent amenities and snack shop. This one has a restaurant available so we enjoyed the breakfast very much. We were out most of the day so we didnt have the opportunity to try the other meal options during our stay. We will take advantage when we return next year!

The cleanliness of the room The elevator was a little confusing but other than that it was fine.

All staff on site were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to shout out the dinner and breakfast staff, who went out of their way to check on our family and make sure our 2 year old was having a good time. Thank you Sharon and her team! We booked the king suite and I was excited to use the separate bathtub/shower for both myself and my toddler. Unfortunately, the water coming out of the bath tub was yellow and there were some black flakes as well, and we could not use it to bathe our toddler. When I was taking a shower later there were tiny hairs on the shower wall. The bathroom was the only unpleasant part of our stay- everything else was wonderful. However, it did have a big impact on our evening.

My room was sold and hotel was sold out. As were all area hotels. Absolutely no where to sleep.

The front desk person was very unprofessional at check and when I asked for a ink pen.Other than that fine...

Extremely lazy and useless staff! Valley guys saw us and went inside and just set there till we got there and asked them to park our car! Front desk lady gave us only 1key(you cant use elevator unless you can key)! Room was used and not cleaned and phone was not working! We came back to font desk and told her about it. She only said :” my system shows it is clean!”. She gave us another keys. Had to ask for 2 . Came to a “clean” room, yet it was extremely stinky! It was 11pm, so after 12 hours of driving we just went to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. Check out was ok.

Great old hotel. Staff were great we arrived early but they arranged a room no problem The pool and spa weren't working, there is not much around it, I got the feeling the area had seen better days

Dirty bathroom the lounge one, mold present, and old expired food. Very poor cleanliness and hygiene.

Didn't get breakfast Paying a high price for parking overnight. I was told I could park anywhere on street after 5PM IF I could find parking. Also, you can't park in front of the building across the street. It's small parking that can park on street. I expected free parking in the hotel lot. Also I was told they was short of housekeeping workers. Ran out of towels was told to call front desk in the morning to get more. Called front desk in the morning towels still wasn't available.

Everything the location. Amazing views. Short distance to nearby restaurants Nothing

We didn’t even get out of the car! Area did not feel safe at all!

Absolutely NOTHING Check in was an easy process. Upon getting to room 319 I put the card and turned handle to open door. It wouldn't open. I had to use my whole body strength to force door open when I finally got it opened it didn't close. The same thing I did to open, I did to close. The bathroom sink didn't drain, and the constant fighting and killing Nats was horrible.

However, the property could benefit from additional maintenance. We noticed some broken floor tiles and other signs of wear that detracted from the overall experience. The downtown location was convenient and within walking distance of Iron Horse Grill, which was one of the highlights of our trip. On the downside, there was very little activity in the area during the evening. One weekend night around 10:00 PM, we wanted to visit the hotel bar, but it was already closed. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff and a beautiful historic building, but some maintenance updates and more evening amenities would improve the experience.

Poorly maintained and understaffed property with non-functioning pool, hot tub and air conditioning. Unclean room with bad smells, insufficient quantity of bedding and pillows, extras unavailable. In an unsafe neighborhood. Checked out of our two night stay after one and found another hotel.

I loved the area but it’s time they hired managers that care and remodel.
