my room smelled like the sewer, electricity went off, I had to move 3 times because my room smelled like sewer, refrigerators went out, light went out the staff was warme

The 1st thing was how bad the breakfast was that I was charged $14.95 for. Sausage was burned. Potatoes dry, burned & cold. When I got there on a Thurs night, the TV had no signal. Friday TV working ok. Saturday night it had no signal again and I called down to desk and was told maintenance guy was gone for the day & the only option was to change rooms. The 1st room I had had HORRIBLE mold in the shower. I moved to the room next door so I could have TV. The mold was also in this shower but not as bad. This is an old hotel, but it is maintained poorly. Housekeeping didn't even have vacuum cleaners while they were cleaning rooms , which is the least they could do, considering it's a pet friendly hotel. I will absolutely NEVER book this hotel again!!

N/A The hallway spelled like gas, the air conditioner makes loud noises, the bed was extremely hard, and the refrigerator was not cold at all. Valet could have been a lil more helpful and front desk wasn’t that friendly

Male valet and male at desk were exceptional The room had a musty / mildew smell, so we purchased an air filter. Upon letting the staff know, they said they would have a room for us when we got back, we just asked for towels because we were too exhausted to move rooms after being gone for 12 hours. The shower door was broken which has probably been leaking water on the floor flowing out to the carpet

The front crew were very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. And they explained to me about the difference in the holding $50 for different reservation. Which I only received one $50 back. When I was told that both of them would be returned back to my card. I didn't like the process of taking different incidental out because I had to different reservations. And only received one back.

The room we rented was great. Parking needs help.

The water came out brown in the shower, there was only a skeleton staff and they weren't helpful. The gym/pool were closed. They didn't give us a receipt or call a manager for us to talk to. The only saving grace was Fabian in the bar/restaurant who went the extra mile to get us a last-minute, surprise birthday cake. The dinner was ok, but Fabian had to walk across the lobby to get food or run credit cards.

The tube drain & handle were defective. The Celling paint by the sink was cracked. Hair on the celling in the bathroom. Microwave was dirty. The floor has dried food on it. The bed console light was defective.

The air conditioner didn’t work and the pool was closed…

But a nod with his head for me to move toward the desk. Who’s name is the reservation in? I provided my last name! I thought that was horrible, but then he pointed down to the credit card machine and said you can go ahead and swipe your card … I had to ask for what? He stated, “ oh , for incidentials”. I said that is a part of your disclosure to guest right? He responded, “ yeah , yeah”! It only got worse as I had booked the entire weekend! Once receiving the room assignment, I went to the room to disover it was hot and stuffy. We turned the air on but hours passed and it still wasn’t working and we tossed and turned throughout the night trying to get comfortable. The next morning we notified the first desk and maintenance came supposedly fixing thr air, however to no avail! We went out for a few hours and returned and still HOT in the room.They reluctantly changed our room and in new room the air was working but the water in the shower and that flushed in the toilet was brown! HORRID! I called to ask for more towels when left the other toom we needed more ,but was told they were being washed. Then I needed to iron but there wasnt one and the clerk could come to the front desk to get one! Tried to make coffee using our own bottled water, however, the Keurig didnt work. We found the cleaning lady in the hallway and she swapped out one that did work! Then i just
