Great place to stay. Checked in late & had to load our own bags. Not used to loading our own bags at Westin.Valet boys just parked car & didn’t help with bags when arriving. When we left, there were workers to assist.

This hotel is like a Resort on an island somewhere…Super Cleannnnnnnnn and some… This is the best hotel in Jackson, Ms hands down….. Restaurant style with a bar area like a bar should be with nice music….. The staff was amazing and everyone you meet Greeted you with Sir or Mam at all times….. Once again if you’re looking for a clean and safe hotel this is the spot to be… Can’t wait to go back next weekend lol

Such a nice place to stay. It was so clean, and the food was great. The only thing to note is they only have on street parking that you need to pay for. If not you have to pay 28.00/day for valet parking. I was able to get street parking but if you plan to get back later evenings, plan to valet. very cool piece of history. The restaurants around town are unreal with how good the food is. Definitely would recommend coming back. The staff from check in, to the bar staff was incredible. Mississippi set the tone for the nicest people I think I've ever met!!!!

We were driving through so all we needed was a comfy bed and a restaurant we could walk to- The Westin provided both. The on-site restaurant was FANTASTIC and our server Dre was very knowledgeable about the cuisine. Check in and out was smoothly handled by Anisha & Chris, who were both very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were disgusting. We were moved to 3 different rooms before we found one that were okay! And I do mean only okay! Definitely not worth the price. One of the rooms didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the bed. Shower was disgusting with mold around them and even hair left in the shower. I would never recommend this location.

The response from hotel leadership was equally disappointing. We experienced poor communication, difficulty reaching management, and at one point were told we could simply check out if we were unhappy. Additionally, the pool was largely unavailable due to outside swim classes occupying the facility for much of the afternoon and evening. The only highlights of our stay were Estelle Restaurant and Soul Spa, both of which provided exceptional service and experiences. As a Marriott Bonvoy member since 2020, I have never encountered such poor housekeeping standards and customer service. Unfortunately, the negative experiences far outweighed the positives, and I cannot recommend this property.

Shower floor was nasty and with minimal effort could be scrubbed clean. The ceiling above the shower is crumbling and needs attention. Top sheet was queen turned sideways on king bed

All I can say is my car was parked in Valet and it got broken into. It was no force entry because no glasses were broken so Valet really couldn’t explain how it happened.

Super comfy bed and linens .

Super friendly desk at check in, great staff, very clean, nicest hotel in Jackson.

Very good restaurant. Quiet, clean, pleasant room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was one of top blanket had a stain, and the bottom comforter needed to be replaced they were old. But the staff was great and it was a convenient location for our events.

Hotel was okay and pretty clean overall. Food was terrible and expensive. No parking lot so you need to valet your car or park it on the street. Also, no vending machines which was weird. Warm water was the only option for drinks in your room because they don't offer a small fridge. It just seems like the hotel was missing amenities for the price.

Great facility

Condiments and no glass with ice for a soda. They just gave me the can. That’s a first !!

I thought that there should have been at least free coffee in the lobby
