The Westin Jackson

I always have a good experience at an Westin that I stay in and this property was no different

Very clean, Everything was amazing!

Room could have been cleaner

I always stay at the Westin when I travel to Jackson, but I won’t be staying there anymore. I made a reservation several months ago, and the hotel cancelled it two days before arrival for no reason (they were overbooked). I’m disappointed. It was wonderful to stay in downtown Jackson, but they don’t honor reservations and really left me in a lurch.

Had maintenance issues brought to their attention and were responsive

Enjoyed our stay !!we’ll be staying out next travel in the future !

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very professional. The only problem was you have to park your car on the streets if you don’t want to pay for valet parking.

The room was fabulous but the shower needs to be remodeled the floor board was faded from the water I’m assuming The shower floor board and the room could of been a lil more detailed the carpet needs to be deep cleaned

Absolutely stunning hotel, with some great works of art throughout. The food was exceptional. We only had a one night stay as part of a round trip, so we couldn't really explore the area very much, making the hotel even more of a haven. The surrounding area is quite quiet, although close to the centre, we experienced Jackson on a very quiet night. However, we were very limited for time.
