Days Inn By Wyndham Jackson Downtown

The room was not clean. There were bugs in the room, no hand soap was provided, and the bed linens were in poor condition with noticeable spots and stains on the sheets. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and my experience.

I book this hotel because of FREE BREAKFAST then they told us that they don’t OFFER FREE BREAKFAST.

Better than the Days Inn in Brewton Ala which was the worse motel I have ever seen!!! Still advertising and reality the Days Inn needs higher management to step in and fix things!!!

Nice place but no pool beds are great

Friendly staff, location was great. Only problem was the window in the room wouldn't lock.

Even more concerning were the bed sheets. Instead of appearing fresh and clean, they were a dingy gray color rather than the crisp white sheets guests would reasonably expect. This made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. The lack of maintenance extended beyond the guest room. In the hallway, the wall trim was hanging loose and appeared damaged, creating an unkempt appearance throughout the property. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet basic expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Ample parking, rooms were clean, friendly staff.

Good place for an overnight stay. Good location but not in a walking area.

There was nothing there to like. There was no breakfast. The staff had no interest in the hotel or the guest. Ice machine was not working, the pool looks like it had been closed for years. People standing outside smoking weed.

Perfect I visited this hotel every time I come into town . And things are always good and they are good with communication

The room was nice, clean and and very comfortable. But if I would have had a down stairs room could have been better.

Had to move rooms twice. Backed up tub in one. Leaking showerhead spray in the first.

Nothing No water in the swimming pool, no coffee and Thea maker in the room, no furniture in the room and breakfast was very poor. But most of the there was no wifi.

It was a great stay

No rod in closet for hanging clothes. A/C wasn’t very cold. Basic room okay for 1 night stay. Main complaint is the morning clerk was rude. Also they charged $50 deposit which wasn’t disclosed on Expedia.

I really enjoyed my stay! Will come again!
