Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson MS Near the Fairgrounds

The location was close to the event I attended The outside walkways where the ice machine was very nasty and had discarded trash in the same stop my whole stay! Also the lighting was not great too dark in breezeways leading to stairs. I asked for a downstairs room and was told I look fit enough to walk up stairs and was refused a downstairs room

Need to fix the cable/satellite for tv. It cut in and out constantly. Unable to view anything

AVOID AVOID Check in was at 3 we arrived 4.15 room was not ready,room floor was filthy see picture of my sock,found used tissue in bed so clearly never changed the sheets.breakfast was a joke coffee was cold and only one item off food,should have seen the red flag in the office with sign saying you get a full refund if not happy with room within 15 minutes of check in,there is nothing good to say about this hotel you need to sack your cleaners and not advertise with breakfast

It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.

Clean, comfortable room. Check-in was easy. Staff was super helpful.

On your site it clearly says pets stay free. I had 2 small dogs and was charged $30.00 per dog. The reason I made the reservation at this hotel was specifically because it says pets stay free. The clerk claimed it’s a Wyndham issue. I think someone either owes me $60.00 in credit or a refund
