It was okay for what we needed.

I understand that the hotel is a small hotel, and the staff is late, but the service was kind of all over the place. Certain employees were on their phones during important moments, and also the staff was very slow. In cleaning things I asked to get my room cleaned in the morning after I left for my event. I came back and it was still dirty.Overall, my experience is fine, but could have been better

This is 1 of the worst properties you can stay at, I’ve never had to review a place with quality this bad This place has the utmost worst customer service and I was rejected from the place before even getting a room and I did not receive my payment back from this hotel

Breakfast was not good, my room smelled like mildew and the pool (which was the main reason I chose this hotel) was not usable.

This is a great hotel. This hotel makes your stay away from home very enjoyable. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and has an up to date modern flair. I would definitely recommend it for your travel needs.

The staff was nice. The hotel is walking distance to the coliseum.

That woman at the front desk when we checked in was kind and very helpful. The gated parking lot worked properly and I didnt have to worry about all my belongings in car . Overall was just what we needed for a quick one night stay.

The workout room had moldy food in the towel bin Our rooms were supposed to be conjoined which I had requested immediately when I booked the rooms back in January and she could not give us conjoined rooms when I checked in

It was chosen as an overnight point on a long drive, so convenience of the location. Check-in process was very messy, still waiting on an over payment. The pool had not been cleaned recently. House keeping not guest friendly , removed towels before we had checked out. Breakfast not very inviting.

Loved my stay here! Breakfast was great each morning.
