The staff were friendly, Fair for my needs for the weekend. Nothing super fancy or luxurious just a place to lay your head at night. Bathroom sink did not drain or had a slow drain. Breakfast less than desirable

Other that difficulty getting timely housekeeping (especially fresh towels), everything was great. We wished that the breakfast service offered more healthy options, especially low sugar. The staff was amazing!

My only issue was, my room was not clean upon arrival at 3pm. However, the front desk clerk worked to get me another room quickly. The room was comfortable, I just had to go ask for the remote to the TV.

This is usually my go to hotel in Jackson due its proximity to downtown and Jackson State University…but I was disappointed to see that the pool and tub in my room was not clean. Maybe they were under staff this weekend. Disappointed
