Staff was very friendly.

Pool was maintained. We enjoyed our stay, And will use they again.

Everything was great. The stuff was AMAZING and wounderfull. The only thing I would change is the toilet paper OMG y'all have sandpaper. But that's it. Just change the toilet paper 🙏🙏🙏

Cons: Poorly maintained rooms for a 3-star property, and breakfast was only available 1 out of 2 days.

It was nice and clean love it and will rent again when I go back to Jackson

Breakfast was ok. Waffle machine was broke and spilled everywhere. Hotel definitely needs upgrade especially on the plumbing . Some mold spots but beds was comfortable. Staff was nice

Breakfast appliance did not work

TV was out for all three days, and front desk staff each day acted like they were not aware of the problem and did not intend to press management for a solution.

I felt comfortable. The property were well maintained.

The pool was filthy with lots of crap floating around the surface and unusable. The "fitness center" was a closet with a couple old treadmill machines and a few dumbbells. There was no staff at the desk when I tried to check in. When she showed up after about 10 minutes she said she'd been helping a guest somewhere. I asked her where the restroom was and she pointed to a door along a corridor next to the elevator. It was locked, and she didn't seem to care at all. Never once did she acknowledge or apologize for any of these ridiculous inconveniences. Obviously this hotel is understaffed. The room itself was functional and clean, and the check out girl was courteous and efficient. The breakfast was inedible. I had a glass of milk only.

The pool only had 5 chairs, mostly broken; no shade. Pool water was somewhat cloudy. Breakfast hours are 6-9 in morning. Went down at 8:45 and nothing was left. They were not refilling eggs, biscuits, etc. we were there 2 nights and they would not make the popcorn either night. Rooms, especially the floors, needed a good cleaning.

Our toilet wouldn't flush in the room so we had to switch to a new room. The rooms were pretty clean but bathroom and hallways were not good. Hallway carpets were very dirty and the whole place smelled a little. Im glad there was gated parking because the area was a little weird.

It was okay for what we needed.

I understand that the hotel is a small hotel, and the staff is late, but the service was kind of all over the place. Certain employees were on their phones during important moments, and also the staff was very slow. In cleaning things I asked to get my room cleaned in the morning after I left for my event. I came back and it was still dirty.Overall, my experience is fine, but could have been better

Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.

Need to spray for bugs

Breakfast was not good, my room smelled like mildew and the pool (which was the main reason I chose this hotel) was not usable.
