They don’t give refunds due to bed bugs they want you to change rooms they have a sign on there window that explains that you have 30 minutes to see if you like your room or no refunds

The friendly stuff The bedding is not clean

The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out

The location offered good basic accommodations close to downtown, eating places and convenience stores. Capitol police presence near downtown and fairgrounds reassuring.

Noisy, sketchy surroundings,in need of repair

It wasn't very nice at all I had to go buy cleaning supplies the was funky an dusty they need to clean the room s better the bed was comfortable I wouldn't really recommend this hotel the towels weren't really clean it's good I wasn't there long I had two rooms they both were awful

Air conditioning was good parking good room average to a little less than average

It smelled won't ever stay again. Really want a refund

La atención al hacer el check in fue excelente. Pero el cuarto dejó un poco que desear, el jabón ya estaba abierto, y las toallas de la ducha estaban todas manchadas (use una de secado rápido que llevó siempre conmigo) el aire acondicionado estaban todas manchadas roto como el armazón pero funcionaba perfecto. Y la traba de la puerta esa extra que tienen la mayoría, estaba rota no había un mecanismo para cerrar y sentirte un poco más segura

Red roof ain’t the problem. Yall lying saying you can’t get ahold of the motel to swap my days around when my event got canceled. Just saying I’ve talk to the front desk several times and they answered every time. I do t tho k yall tried. I think yall got my money and screwed me

The bed was comfortable except that everything was worst Room floor was nasty…. Bathroom was so worse not clean . There is no proper room light

The room felt neglected and the staff was lacking and everything was dirty.
