It was clean and had a nice stay. I didn’t like the slow elevators but I believe that was due to a lot of people staying there that weekend.

The door didn't lock to my hotel room. The staff didn't move me in another room. I didn't get sleep, it was a horrible stay. The freezer part of the refrigerator had hair in it, so I know the staff is not cleaning the whole room entirely.

We use it all the time during our child's fall college sports. It is perfect for us, just down the road and the staff, property are fantastic. We have never stayed anywhere else in Jackson.

The front desk staff were all amazing and the corner balcony room had a very nice view. The hand lotion and shower gels smelled so great too! However, the linens for the pull-out sofa were stained and had long brown hairs all over them. The pillows were also pretty lumpy and flat and I didn’t like the itchy bed covers.
