The check-in process was terrible. I was charged three times between Expedia and the front desk. The entire hotel has a stinky foul odor. The AC did not work. Hopefully, it is not an indication of the Marriott brand nor the Eastover district in Jackson, Mississippi

We had a very pleasant stay the property was clean the beds were comfortable and the staff was very polite and professional.

Great place to stay in Jackson. Breakfast was delicious and with how consistent this location has been this has now become a regular spot for us.

Our stay was great. Super comfortable beds and great lounging space. The only negative was the lack of direct connection to the rest of the area. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants and shops; however, there was not an easy or clearly marked way to walk there. We had to walk along the entry drive and avoid cars at night.

Service staff is extraordinary. They take their time to answer your questions and very helpful. Since this is my first time to travel to Mississippi, I feel welcome and do not feel alone.
