We had a very pleasant stay the property was clean the beds were comfortable and the staff was very polite and professional.

Great place to stay in Jackson. Breakfast was delicious and with how consistent this location has been this has now become a regular spot for us.

Our stay was great. Super comfortable beds and great lounging space. The only negative was the lack of direct connection to the rest of the area. The hotel is in a complex with restaurants and shops; however, there was not an easy or clearly marked way to walk there. We had to walk along the entry drive and avoid cars at night.

Service staff is extraordinary. They take their time to answer your questions and very helpful. Since this is my first time to travel to Mississippi, I feel welcome and do not feel alone.

The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10.

Unable to shut bathroom door completely

Great location, friendly staff, clean, convenient. Only issue was the door to the room was sticking and would not close without really pulling it firmly. I’m surprised they hadn’t noticed that before.

Continental breakfast The room was dingy,musty smelling. Bathroom had stains and chipped paint. The dining table had a broken leg. It looks like someone punched the headboard on the bed by the window.I reserved a king room.I got a double queen room......

This property exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the nicest staff, and check-in was super fast. Our room was so clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast, but it smelled great! The area was super nice and quiet, far enough away from the highway, but with easy access to get back on the road. We will definitely be back.

Requests were not met in a timely manner.

Was concerned with security in the area and front desk did not offer much reassurance by saying someone drove around the complex every hour or so. They were shared with the with the apartments near by and were vague on assurance the lot was safe since they gave no security cameras.

Excellent hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Jackson for work or pleasure.

Breakfast menu was excellent!

The lady at the desk was very friendly, breakfast was good and the location was great but the room furniture needs updating and was not clean, the room didn’t cool down until midnight, housekeeping was slow to respond to needs (towels, hair dryer). Not your usual Marriott standard

Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.
