Nothing The worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting. Crumbs and stains on furniture and floor. The pull out mattress was disgusting with stains and springs coming through. Should have been replaced years ago. Rust on the dishwasher and handles of the drawers in the kitchen. Dining table not cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the walls were peeling. The bathroom door locked and could not be opened. My kids and I had to walk to the lobby anytime we had to go. Was not able to shower and had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink. The headboard in the bedroom was stained. Will never come back

Great location, friendly staff, clean, convenient. Only issue was the door to the room was sticking and would not close without really pulling it firmly. I’m surprised they hadn’t noticed that before.

Continental breakfast The room was dingy,musty smelling. Bathroom had stains and chipped paint. The dining table had a broken leg. It looks like someone punched the headboard on the bed by the window.I reserved a king room.I got a double queen room......

This property exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the nicest staff, and check-in was super fast. Our room was so clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not stay for breakfast, but it smelled great! The area was super nice and quiet, far enough away from the highway, but with easy access to get back on the road. We will definitely be back.

Rude. Room was not cleaned from previous guest. Stayed a week and did not get a cleaning.

Was concerned with security in the area and front desk did not offer much reassurance by saying someone drove around the complex every hour or so. They were shared with the with the apartments near by and were vague on assurance the lot was safe since they gave no security cameras.

Excellent hotel. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Jackson for work or pleasure.

Breakfast menu was excellent!

The lady at the desk was very friendly, breakfast was good and the location was great but the room furniture needs updating and was not clean, the room didn’t cool down until midnight, housekeeping was slow to respond to needs (towels, hair dryer). Not your usual Marriott standard

Shower in the room made a mess and water got everywhere because the floor is not slanted to the drain properly. Breakfast buffet is only OK and there are always an item or two that need to be re-stocked. Todays it was the black coffee and people were standing around waiting for it to come out. Room was clean and hotel is close to where I need to be in Jackson.

Room had cosmetic issues and water pressure was not great. Breakfast buffet was not well attended to. Other than that people were friendly and room was comfortable.

It was clean, bright, welcoming. Perhaps the breakfast buffet could stay open an half hour longer. Also, teach them how to cook grits and add salt to them!
