Sheets n comforter was a li dirty

Was awakened at 5:30 by a guest playing with his car stereo. Television didn’t work and the shower was impossible to figure out.

This property was beautiful shower heads in hot tub were dirty but over all property was beautiful

I stay in 211 the room was clean but, heard a squeaky noise all night and the shower lights kept flashing off and on. The shower like really didn’t stay on.

Somewhere store luggage/clothing, a chair or loveseat, and more towel hooks would be nice

The room I was assigned was not closed when I first got there. There were stains and hair in one of the beds. There were fingers nails in the shower. The A/C buttons controlling how much air gets put out was broken. There were flys in the apartment.

Stay here often as a staycation for me and my boyfriend. Nice rooms and I love the shower!! We love it here!

could have been nice if front desk knew how to turn off the lights in the room overhead shower didn’t work a microwave would have been top notch

At a first glance, the LEDs were nice, but became annoying since there was no way to fully turn them off when we wanted. There were no actual lights by the jacuzzi. The bed creaked loudly at light movements. The thermostat said it was 65° inside when it most definitely was not. The bed pillows were small and uncomfortable. There were roaches in the bathroom shower. The smart TV was nice to have. The jacuzzi worked fine, although the water pressure could've been higher to fill it quicker especially since the jets in it don't work until it is completely filled up. Overall, the only saving grace of the hotel for the price was the jacuzzi (once it was finally full).

Clean and nice staff very friendly could use a table and chair in the rooms but 10/10

Nice place to stay for weekend trip

The floor in bathroom was buckled every where you stepped. The shower had a large plate that covered the drain and i slipped on it and almost fell. The showers clear glass into the room so of course my husband had a good laugh. At 2:00 am a guy above us was yelling and kicking the door lasted about 10 minutes the fireplace and mood lighting was a nice touch but wouldn’t stay again.
