OYO Hotel Jackson North I-55

Nobody at the front desk the place was filthy and took my money out of my card which I didn’t stay there.

This was the worst I'm all my travels I got sent to a oyo that was no longer open I had traveled all night and worked all day to get to a room that did not even let me in the door

I didn't even get to check in my room. The establishment said it was closed as a motel when they finally called. They never came to the window. And now I am having trouble getting my refund. I will never used hotels.clm again. AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The WORST travel experience by far. If i could rate it zero stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my boyfriend as he’d been driving 15 hours and needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I paid for the reservation online in full prior to arrival. Once arriving to the posted address, he was advised that the location was closed and they moved up the street. Upon arrival to the new address, he was denied check in and told there were no rooms. After calling Oyo customer service, they tried to reach the location by phone to address the issue to which they couldn’t get an answer. From there, all the support offered was they would “escalate the issue and get back to me”. While asking when they would have a solution, I was advised 48 HOURS. I then contacted Expedia, who also tried to contact the property multiple times with no success. This location was terrible and customer support was absolutely useless. NEVER recommend staying with this hotel under any circumstances.

For some reason, one is able to book a stay at this hotel. Once arriving, one discovers that it is closed. Not open. I stood outside with a few others that had the same situation. Awful weekend to have chosen a hotel thinking it was going to be open and finding out once arriving, it was closed down. No other local hotels had rooms. That the room was booked and finding out upon arrival that the location was closed.

Went to new location. No reservation. Called the company to tell them the. OYO had no reservation for me/ nothing they could do. Did not stay at the OYO Nothing

hotel advertised was classed refered to a location that was under construction rooms in bad shape unoccupiable every thing bad experience

I want a refund on my credit card. It is fraudulent to collect money for nonexistent hotel rooms

Nothing. Couldn't stay there because there was no one at the reception. Complete Scam the hotel doesn't work. There was no one at the reception at the time my family and I arrived. I called and they told me that they would give me a full refund because there was no one at the reception.

Nothing The building & property was terrible!

We didn’t even get to stay at the hotel it was so unsafe. The hotel manager was out front smoking weed. We have already reached out to have a refun issued as this hotel is nothing like what the website represents. It should be removed from all lostongs due to its conditions and the area it is. The police have a cruiser stationed at the hotel side entrance for when someone is shot or over overdoes on drugs. This is a horrible representation on this website and everyone overseeing it.

No hot water or TV ,crack in the walls and doors.Wouldn't stay there again even if they paid me to stay

i could not checkin. although there was a lite open sign, no one was thete. when i tried calling, there was a three option message. the option that i chose was a transfer into nowhere. this occurred around 11:30pm on october 5th. Bottom line i received no service.
