Leaking ceiling, dirty bathroom, cigarette hole in bedding in a non smoking room, still have yet to hear back from the manager.

We were surprised at the quality of the room considering the price, the room was very clean and modern, good value. The neighborhood wasn't the best but we didn't have any issues.
