Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Breakfast fantastic. Staff excellent. The manager stated that our room was the only room that did not have carpet. It was filthy. I took my towel after my shower and used it to walk across the sticky floor. It was so dirty.

The ac didn’t work in the hallway of our floor and didn’t appear to be vacuumed, our room smelled really bad. We had to run to the store and grab room deodorizer. We had an adjoining room with our kids and both rooms appeared as though they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. But again I can’t say enough about the staff, they were all very friendly. If it weren’t for the smell of the rooms , we would have given it a much higher rating.

Bathroom sink and drain not cleaned good. Found hairs underneath toilet bowl base.

Dirty room. Toilet flush and vent didn't work. Room felt muggy, humid. Sheets and towels were stained.

Our floor and room smelled like smoke. Our bathroom door wouldn't shut and the a/c took forever to get the room comfortable. Also, we asked about another room and the front desk lady said the manager would call in 30 minutes, but never did.

Area totally unsafe for traveling public!

The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning and nothing broken in the room. Breakfast was amazing! I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but I think it might be Alicia… She said she had been there for 20 years. I commented to her before I knew her backstory that I was impressed with how well she maintained the breakfast, what a good fresh assortment of foods there were, and how clean and organized the kitchen and breakfast area were! I have been on the road for two weeks and this was my last day, and it was the best one by far!

Concern for personal safety at this location. Did not check in!

The staff were so nice and the room was just what I expected it to be!! We really enjoyed our time here.

Easy location , staff is amazing very friendly and will go above and beyond to take care of any of your needs We found a lot of garbage in the room and the room smelled of urine

The outside of the hotel and the lobby are maintained very well and the air conditioning worked well. The price was affordable and the location is close to lots of shopping exits up.

Loved the location, the room, the staff, the facilities and the atmosphere. The price is great, too. The staff in the dining area is up on her game as well for breakfast. Not anything

The hotel was rated excellent. Should not be rated more than GOOD. Old and being remodeled in an older part of town. Clean but paint chipping on doors etc. Probably not what most families would want unless just needed to get off the road for the night. Certainly not EXCELLENT.

Staff Never ate breakfast,because they serve at 7 and we had to be at work at 6,ask for the room to be cleaned and wasn’t,WiFi lagged all the time
