Our room was not very clean. Spots on the walls, peeling floor of the shower, toilet stained or dirty not sure which. The room smelled like smoke and they came in and sprayed a freshener. Bedsheet dirty or stained - I requested fresh sheets and changed myself. No hand soap provided. Sink drain clogged with visible hair very slow draining. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. I would not recommend.

Close to highway People walking around outside that appeared suspicious and smelled like marijuana everywhere.

Always friendly staff and a comfortable stay.

Water was brown. Was told staff drink the water and that it was ok.

My room had stuff on the ceiling and the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom tub was not cleaned properly. And the WiFi didn’t work and half the channels on the tv didn’t work.

The was okay for my short stay It didn’t look up dated like the pictures online shows

I liked that it was in a safe area and cameras on the outside of the building. The faculty and staff were very helpful. The smoking area was right there by the pool. Wish it could be designated to the side of the building to where us non-smokers wouldn't have to smell that or get the smoke in our systems.

This is a great hotel.

Our non-smoking room clearly smelled heavily of smoke. When I reported this to the front desk, they sprayed it with some sort of chemical that made it worse. We could not stay there and ended up leaving. They ended up not approving a refund.

The check-in and check-out process was pretty easy. The room and bathroom was also clean and fairly well-maintained; however the one major downside was our non-smoking room smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and cleaning product trying to ease the smell of the cigarettes. Our noses got used to the smell after a few minutes, but just an unpleasant characteristic to the room.

The room was nice and clean. The property had a bad weed smell and guest just randomly walking around knocking on other people doors. This is not good for safety in a room.

Price. Cleanliness Door stuck.

Nothing. My water was not hot. I told them and they still did nothing. My bathroom had hair in it.
