Very nice have kitchen an it have a very good washer and dryer that’s very cheap None

room had no remote, the stove didn't work, no microwave, there were dirty underwear in the nightstand. I brought it up to the desk, they gave me a remote, told me 2 of the burners worked, told me not every room has microwaves, and left the underwear in the hall after I put it in a garbage bag.

It is not clean

Staff was courteous and room was in decent condition.

This property is old and unsafe. It's dirty outside and bugs in the room

Yes the room was spotless

Not clean with bedbugs and roaches It was unclean and service was ignored. Tried to get a refund but the staff refused to do so. So I had to stay and then burned everything that I had to keep from taking the bedbugs home to my house.

Bugs crawling on wall and in the bed on the pillows

There was nothing to like tgey had roaches crawling up thw wall and I am allergic to roaches. I asked for a refund and they took $20 because they said that was their policy. I will not do third party anymore. I had to wind up sleeping in my car for the night after driving over 900 miles.

Bedbugs Spiders Dirty everywhere

The staff was friendly but not much honest or helpful. I noticed when checking in there was a sign saying that pest control was going to be arriving so I asked if there was a pest problem they said no, but as soon as I got to my room to open the door ROACHES were scattering everywhere needless to say they offered me another room and the same thing happened I left but not before I was told I would get a refund it’s has been days later and no word of a refund. If you can deal with roaches this would be a great place.

Rooms need updating

It had mold in ceiling in the bathroom, roaches on the floor, toilet was keeping stopping up and not able to flush. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. I was checking. I do have medical issues. I was not able to stay

the front desk workers, the housekeeper, and the owners customer satisfaction was absolutely horrible.

It’s infected with bugs.
