Do not stay at this property. This place is ate up with black mold. We picked this place so we could have the breakfast in the morning. Put the waffle batter in but had nothing to take the waffle off the iron with. No silverware to eat with. So the free breakfast was not worth the extra mileage. Also, the luggage cart has only 3 wheels and it fell over on my 9 year old. Really would like a full refund.

Front desk clerk was high and on drugs. Maintenance man was out side on drugs and came in to let me in my room because card key didn’t work. Rooms filthy. Condoms in sheets. Everything was terrible

Staff was friendly but appeared disorganized upon check in. Cleanliness of the Wyndham property was disappointing. Mould in the bathroom. Room floor was disgustingly dirty. Bed skirt had stains that showed it had not been washed recently. Spiders in room. And people loitering in the parking lot. Hotel properties often become old and tired looking, but I’m afraid this was more than that. This was actually dirty. Can not walk on the suite floor without shoes. Socks had to be thrown out because they were so dirty after visiting.

I reserved this room on hotels.com and it was rated 8.0/10 which is why I picked it. When we got there, it was not cleaned from the last person, it smelled like smoke and grossness, and was falling apart. There were stains on the ceiling, broken refrigerator that was leaking, stairwell was coming apart, worn down and broken parts throughout the room.

Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Flooring in room 103 was uneven and fall hazard. Very thin blanket on bed. Breakfast was slim with only juice, coffee and waffles. The orange and apple juice was mixed together. Awful. The check in clerk at 10 pm on 1/23/26 was difficult.

Leaking sink, faucet in tub runs constantly, slight roach problem. Not an ideal environment, for prices and deposits requested by management. Ive seen cheaper with less issues.

Roaches, dirty table, dirty sheet, dirty tub, asked for a nonsmoker room they lied said they were all taken but when I got back online third parties were still offering them. I have videos of what I have mentioned here.

Nothing This place is infested with roaches!! Nothing worked. Didn't feel safe or comfortable. I couldn't get my money back!!

Nothing. The heater didn’t work, it was coming out of the wall so they gave me a space heater(not sure this was the safest). The rooms were not clean and there was roaches

Close to th3 hospital, lady at thr front desk was super friendly. Room is in bad/ fair shape. Base boards coming apart, most of the lights in the room didn't work. Light in bathroom didn't work. Towels look to be years old and dirty. Beds were lumpy and blankets/sheets stained and cigarette burns all over them.

The staff was very understanding, accommodating, and kind.

Nothing Bugs, switched rooms 3 times and no tv works, fire alarms going off,not safe.

When I was placed into a room that wasn’t cleaned yet, they switched me to another room immediately. Roach infested, AC didn’t work , and no remote for the tv .
