This place is disgusting and distasteful and need to be shut down its filthy and it stinks it smell like mildew the hallways were nasty and unsanitary the blankets on the bed had cigarette stains and holes and the tub was horrible. Management really need to do better

This place should be condemned and bulldozed to the ground. Shame on you, Hotels.com, for allowing this rat cage to participate! Cheap should not mean gross, dangerous, or uninhabitable. Grimey floors, sprung beds, broken elevators, NO shower curtain, nasty towels, and residents who look like drug addicts, derelicts, and criminals is not worth ANY amount of savings. Your armor is chinked. Your credibility is compromised. You owe us for quite a disappointing and disgusting experience!

They need to continue working on without any guest. Horrible. I won’t be back to see the upgraded version

This hotel is an absolute no go! I arrived at the hotel with my family of 15 for my college graduation. I was told by front desk staff that our five rooms were not on reservation anymore because they run off a first come first serve system regardless of us having these reservations for months prior to the day. There was no real manger onsite and the gentleman was rude and try to fight with us. There was people drinking in the lobby and more. This hotel is not nothing like the pictures horrible place of business.

This facility was in the worst condition of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. It had a bed with one sheet and a comforter, stained; it had a few old towels, also stained. The room was barely habitable. The hallways, elevator, stairwell were absolutely atrocious, like a crack house. Both mornings my key card had to be reset. The outer door was locked in the mornings with no key card mechanism, so had to wait indefinitely for a manager to let me in or another guest to come out. The smoke detector in the room had been dismantled. The handicap space in the lot was occupied by an unregistered used car. There was no coffee. There was no place to sit, in the room or lobby, that wasn’t dirty. The spectrum of odors throughout the place ranged from unpleasant to foul. Overall: deplorable, dilapidated.

I did not even stay. It was filthy, floor with chipped tiles, refrigerator leaking all over place, lumpy bed, HORRIBLE!

raggedy not clean or safe. needles with drugs in them laying around, bed bugs, dirty couch, tub, dirty everything. i did not feel safe there.

the worst place!! i couldn’t even stay. rugs were dirty, trash all in the halls, roaches crawling all over the bed, holes in the walls, couches was nasty. this place needs to get rebuilt. ceilings were brown, sheets were brown and had crumbs all in them!

Expedia was wonderful in getting my money refunded but I would not recommend this hotel at all.
