Need to make sure that the bathroom is truly swept. No hair on the floor or in the tub. Fresh towels should be given to guest daily.

The front desk lady Nea, went above and beyond.

The tv streaming was convienient. Check in associate was very unhappy to be there. Read me what sounded like a script but felt more like I was a burden more than a customer. Room smelled dingy, carpet felt dirty and the air conditioning in the room was so loud that I had to turn the tv up to 23 just to hear it. In the bathroom, both the body wash and the shampoo were empty - luckily I brought my own. No door flag for privacy so housekeeping woke me up in the morning trying to clean the room. Overall, very unimpressed and will not be staying at a Hilton property in the near future.

The building is old and the water is brown.

My first day there, the room had a horrible smell. I checked in with the amazing staff. they came to the room and immediately switch me into a better room. later that day, the one i was original in had a boiler explosion. So i was moved just in time. However, it was an experience i wasn't try to have during my trip. I would defiantly stay again because the staff was very nice and accommodating, but the management needs to do better improvement of their rooms.

It was a good Hotel overall Had to evacuate but everything was cleared up everyone was out safely still do not know what happened overall stay was good.

Need a better breakfast

Nothing The bed sheets were dirty and the room stunk of mildew. Something happened in the building that cased all the fire alarms to go off,and all guest were ordered to evacuate at 6:30 am Sunday morning. I was then told I had to gather my belonging and vacate the hotel because the fire department would be turning off the water. The manager repeatedly told all the guest they would receive a full refund. When I called this morning the manager told me I wouldn’t be getting a full refund. I’d still be paying $74 out of my $140 room. I’ve used booking several times, this by far was the worst !

Breakfast was good!! The front desk lady that was there at 2am was great!!! Give her a raise!!!But the morning crew that were all in a room next to the bathroom downstairs were loud and cussing like sailors.

The cleanliness , decor and the staff. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dede checked me in and she was warm and engaging.

Very nice facility and staff and fantastic value.
