I would not stay here again. It’s like a starter hotel for “kids” on date night. It appeared to be 1/2 way renovated in the rooms but the carpet in the hallway had serious stains. My room has a hole in the wall. Not for me 👎👎

The fire alarm cover was missing over the bed the air conditioner was very loud. There was no hand soap just body wash for cleaning hand. (Different)

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast left something to be desired, however.

Not the cleanest. Floors were pretty gross. Very limited breakfast. Had to take my towels down to desk to get more.

I don’t like the fact there’s no microwave and not coffee maker in the room. Considering the fact the hotel, it’s a brand of Hilton. It should reflect the Hilton quality and conditions. The staff was very professional and excellent. I can’t say anyone negative about them.

Room was clean and staff were friendly.

Power went out

Paid for room, got there 4 hrs later to be told there were no available rooms. How do you pay for a room and then one isn't available?

The property was not to Hilton standards. Room had some cleaning issues manger was responsive to issues pointed out.

Fleas in our room, they did switch us but we were getting bit quite a bit before we realized what was happening and even got a picture. The breakfast was super disappointing, then to top it off there was an altercation between the front desk girl and a guest and the cops were called. Not a great stay at all

The entire hotel smells like marihuana. The lady at the front desk was amazing!

I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine

They arrived just to rest and sleep and to get up early in the morning to have a nice breakfast. My husband and I are very thankful for how we raised or son and sometimes things will not be perfect it last night and this morning could have a bed with no stains or a full course breakfast but oh well it wasn't but he si still thankful for his safe travels. Thank you.

This room very dirty the bed sheets were full of stains and smelled awful. Lady and the front desk was very helpful the ac in the first room I got was broken. She quickly remedied the situation and got us in a new room.

Property is in close proximity to a Chili’s and IHOP. It was good for what the price.

Three day stay at Spark/Jackson. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is showing its age. Overall okay stay for the price.

Whole place smelled like cigarettes...

Room is not properly cleaned. All the amenities like shampoo are all empty. No water for drinking in the room. Last time i had a good experience but this time its disappointing. I booked for two nights but couldn’t able to reach on time die to flight delay so when i teach there i talked about refund for one night none of the staff member helped me. They keep on saying Manager is not available.

The front desk clerk was very personable and professional.
