The room wasn’t cleaned. There were dead insects as well as live insects. The face basin drain took about two hours after use to drain. We only received two single towels to share between the two of us that were staying in the room. There were no toiletries except for the toilet paper that was on the toilet paper holder. The microwave was rusty around the frame when you open the door. There were no utensils, plates or pots, no coffee maker. We needed to use the Dryer to dry two pieces of clothing and after 45 minutes of use the clothes were still wet after spending $3.25 to use it. The front desk closed at 9pm, about 5 minutes after we arrived, so we couldn’t request to change rooms. We left the room around 6:00am the next morning and wanted to re-enter the room to make a last minute check to ensure that we didn’t leave anything behind, but found that we were locked out although checkout was at 11:00am. On the website it stated that the pet fee was $25. However, when we got to the hotel the front desk employee stated that it $150 became they’re a private franchise. I regard that as false advertising.

Everything was ok , room was better than what I expected .

One of the worst place to stay this is my 6th year in USA and never saw such place to stay. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE OLD RUSTY TOILET BLOCKED AND WASH BASIN IN SINK DRIPS FRIDGE STINKS MICROWAVE HAS DEAD INSECTS AND THERE ARE LOT OF DEAD INSECTS AND DRAINAGE SMELL AND ROOM SAYS NO SMOKING BUT THERE ARE CIGARETTES BUDS ALL OVER THE PLACE. please don’t book the hotel it is a nightmare

Location I never got to stay there called the front desk no answer called everyone to get a refund or new date nobody helped booking.com nor extended stay center I am not a happy customer at all lost money without support from either party

Worst ever experience of hotel stay in my life

The first room to put me in the TV did not work then they put me in another room and I got stuck in the elevator twice and locked out of the room as I went to go to my truck at 3:00 in the morning. I did Not like being locked out of the room being in a room with no TV and getting stuck in an elevator twice on top of the fact that people in the area at the hotel where smoking marijuana and the smell was everywhere, there was even a man who looked like he was loaded sleeping in a car right next to where I parked with his legs sticking out of his window, this place was horrible.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences at any hotel I have ever been at

I called the number listed, and some guy answered telling me the office was closed and that I would have to cancel my booking through Expedia to get a refund because they stop checking guests in after 9 PM. None of this was mentioned anywhere online before booking. Being stuck trying to find another hotel at 10 PM at night when I was supposed to already have a room was beyond frustrating. Very unprofessional establishment and definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
