Extended Stay America Select Suites Jackson North

First room smelled like mildew next room air was not working properly just not satisfied at all Price and room could’ve been better

Exceptional

The hotel was in a good location. The staff was very rude when I arrived to check in. Once I checked in the room I went took a shower the shower head wasn’t working the cold water wasn’t working in the face bowl. I went downstairs to let the front desk clerk know she said I’ll get maintenance come check it, maintenance never showed up. I wouldn’t recommend no one to stay there.

Bad

Pleasant

The room had stains on bed. The front desk agent was rude to everyone except her friend that came in in front of guest Nothing to like go look at the property and rooms

Nothing.. The rooms are very dark and old furniture. Has an awful smell.

The stFf

Pleasant

The microwave was rusty asked several times if it could be changed never received a response. The room was dirty do not recommend at all.

It was very quiet The sanitation situation

Exceptional

Didn't have breakfast, don't have pots or pans to use to cook if you want to cook. The bed sleep real good Third-party shouldn't be booking the room. Cause when I got there I had no room. Third-party can't look at there computer to see. That confirmation number don't mean nothing. But the hotel did put me in a room for that night. The two burners wasn't working, microwave was no good. But I told her I just need to sleep until they switch my room in the morning.

Very disappointing experience. It took a long time to get my room, and when I finally did, it was dirty, had not been serviced, and had no sheets or bedding. When I asked for another room, I was told there were none available. Then I was told to leave the lobby because they were setting the alarm. Extremely poor treatment. Not recommended at all.

Pleasant

It was nice and clean and very safe

The room was clean but all the amenities they offer? Not true. The kitchen stove barely got hot, we had to have our own dishes, they hardly wanted to give us towels. The front desk workers had attitudes. People were fighting.
