Beds were comfortable, shower was nice. We had 3 rooms with family. Some bugs, no soap at bathroom sinks, had issues with lock on bathroom door.

Compared motel 6 - about the same. Not worth the cost. No toilet paper, no glasses, just cheap plastic containers.

Clean, comfy room. Was disappointed on check-in after being told that they had discontinued breakfast and …….hotels.com listed as breakfast included. Otherwise was nice stay
-
Clean, friendly, location. Breakfast nor cafe were open for availability, which was advertized on the website. Both were down for renovations and were not told to us until the next morning.

They didn’t have breakfast! The bathroom shower the water stayed cold it never heated up I complained to the front desk and they did not accommodate in no way I also asked if they could remove the garbage out of the room and when I returned the garbage was still in the room there were roaches crawling in the room I took a photo and gave it to the front desk clerk!

Work out room was nice. Rooms were clean Water didn’t get very hot at all

The pictures online made the hotel look better than it was. There is no breakfast. In one picture of the property there is a bar with menu items for food. That was not the case when we arrived. That is no longer there. The floors were slick in the room like they weren’t clean. Everything in the room was moist and the hallways were hot. Also the parking lot smelled like weed but the hotel staff probably can’t do much about that.

No signs to tell you nothing about where to go . The front desk clerk was awful, The pictures on the website was very misleading!! The Ice was broken. No complementary. Breakfast . Nothing like the web sight . I would stay there again.

My room was clean, but the hallways were terrible. The wifi didn't work and the room was half the size they showed.
-
The property is old and outdated! Took a shower paint was on the bottom of my feet! The hotel need to shutdown and charging way too much and so filthy
-
My room was clean and the hotel is pet friendly.

I liked the seating area in the lobby. My family came down one night after dinner to play some family games there. It was nice and quiet The pillows and beds were very comfortable. We got a suite for four people and it was nice that my teenagers could sleep in different rooms (my son took the couch and said it was comfortable too). I'm spoiled and would prefer a King sized bed to the queen or full sized bed we got in our suite. I would have liked to have more of a kitchen and some sort of table either for computer work or to eat at. The lighting was bright and I prefer a combination of soft and bright lights.

It was conveniently located. There was no phone in the room. Ants crawling in the face bowl. Shower had no grips in the tub. Very dangerous!
-
Absolutely nothing Ice machine didn't work, rooms were filthy, breakfast very poor quality for the $42 I was charged. TV didn't work in my room and was told there was nothing they could do. I

The guest service person at the front desk took forever to get us checked into our room 108, which was paid for in full . He was not friendly .
-
Nothing Dirty, staff was not helpful. No breakfast. Bathroom door was all torn up on the bottom. Whoever did the caulking was an amateur at best.
-
Floors were dirty. Water pressure was weak. Not comfortable
-
There was no working AC in first room. The second room, was not clean, drapes torn, beat up door, dirty windows with texture still on them. The common area was dirty and the elevator floor was filthy. No manager on duty to file a complaint. This was a $60.00 room at best and not $168.00. Would definitely NOT recommend this Marriott Hotel!!

In room two smaller beds and tv wouldn’t connect to any channels. No phone in room to call front desk. Looked up number and called using my cell phone and after explaining was told there were no King rooms available, though I had booked a King as my husband is 6’7. She offered us another room nearby and being tired I went down and got the key. I went to the room to make sure the tv worked and the beds were stripped down and garbage in the room, housekeeping didn’t reset the room for renting. I went back downstairs explained and front desk told me well it’s clean in the system. Ok well it’s not made up and has no bedding so… She then gave me another key to a room opposite wing from mine, I went up to third floor, room was ready but tv also didn’t get any channels. I snapped a picture of what tv said (channels unavailable) and went back to the desk again. I told me perhaps the cable is out to the building? She said no I stay here and my room has tv channels working. I was ready to leave and she said she had one more room and made another key. I went and that TV worked!! It was also a standard King room just like what I booked originally!! When I went back and told her that she said no I’m upgrading you to the king for the trouble. No had she put us in that room we booked from the start there wouldn’t have been any issues. I finally went back to our original room to tell my husband I had gotten a room with a working tv and the king bed but he had fallen asleep. I called front desk and told her to just leave us in original room since he was exhausted. After working a full day and then driving hours on our way to another job all we wanted was to watch some tv and go to sleep. We stay in hotels multiple nights a month and this was a ridiculous experience.
