Everything was 10/10 except the outdoor pool had a few leaves in it but other than that we enjoyed over the 4th of July.

Everything was kept pretty clean but a lot of things were broken or not well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Out of 4 elevators only 1 working on a 15 story building. The service elevator for staff was also broken so they were using the main elevator along with guests. A lot of waiting for your turn or you had to take the stairs. My husband and I went to get in the pool and the water was so hazy and full of chemicals you can’t see the bottom. The tv in our room was “broken,” meaning it turned on but the screen looked like someone ran a magnet over it and it turned blue. Couldn’t see anything on the screen. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Other than those things, the stay was okay.

I would recommend this Hilton Location

Poorly maintained! Staff were good though!

Fort room had bed bugs

Very dated and dirty. Only one working elevator, all the buttons were cracked/broken. Carpet in halls dirty, carpet in room had very questionable stains. Coffee maker in room was absolutely disgusting with caked on filth. To sum it up, my husband said “I think we might need to get a tetanus shot” when we were leaving. Just awful and not what I expect from a Hilton.

Everything was good except the elevators were not working, it was long waits due to only 1 working elevator. Also the key 🔑 didn't work other than that my stay was 10/10

My biggest issue was the air conditioning. I reported that my room was warm shortly after check-in, but it was never fixed. When I returned late that night and again the next day, the room was still hot. I ended up leaving early. I do appreciate that they refunded one night, but better communication would have been helpful. Great staff, but the hotel definitely needs updates.

Fridge didn’t work. Also after waking, body was covered in bites. Staff was very nice but living amenities were horrible.

Property was not maintained, room had smell
-
Only the lobby area was good. Rooms, Carpet etc was in bad shape. Stayed for 4 night, room were not cleand, coffee was not refreshed in room. Just towel was changed and bed was made. When you take Hilton, you expect service like Hilton but this is a bad property in Hilton's name.

Let me start by saying that the staff here are all wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. However, this property is not befitting the Hilton brand. You can tell it was once a very nice hotel but years of neglect have taken their toll. There is only one functional elevator. The air in our room was barely functional and the area was under a heat advisory so it was at times very uncomfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water was very cloudy. We did enjoy sitting at the bar for happy hour and the two ladies working were a lot of fun! The worst thing was when a guy approached my husband in the parking lot while I checked in saying he had just gotten out of jail and needed $10 for the night. Needless to say that made us feel unsafe and we won’t likely be returning to this location.

How close the location was off of the interstate, how well kept the property was and the friendly personnel.

If you get a room on 4th floor bring the ice
-
Room was not stocked with towels and bedding was not clean. I removed the bedding and used my own blanket that I brought with me. If I travel again to Jackson I would not select this location. I expect more out of a Hilton property. If I had the choice I would have gotten a refund and selected another place.

The nightly rate was good. Family of 5. The TV in the room was broken and the sheets had nasty stains on them. Also only had one of 4 elevators was running so I ended up having to carry all luggage up and down the stairs. Not terrible but they need to step their quality up since theye using the Hilton name.
