Nice facility with a clean room with plenty of space and everything you need for your stay. Convenient to the highway and shopping. Will recommend this place to anyone coming to this area.

During my **second stay**, our room was still being worked on when we arrived. A maintenance worker actually walked into our room because he didn't know it had already been assigned. The toilet was broken, and there were orange peels under the bed that were so obvious my 5-year-old noticed them immediately. Unfortunately, this stay has been even more disappointing. The photos I attached were taken today (7/3/26). The first room we were assigned smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so we requested another room. The second room smelled better, but when we went into the bathroom, we were shocked by what we found. I had specifically booked a suite with a separate bedroom and living room, as advertised. The front desk associate initially told me I hadn't booked that type of room and tried to assign us something different. When I asked her how much the drinks cost, instead of answering, she simply pointed me to a piece of paper. It wasn't the biggest issue of the stay, but it reflected the level of customer service we received. The replacement room also had obvious issues. The kitchen floor was visibly buckled, appeared to have recent water damage, and was still wet. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable, and I honestly don't even know where to begin describing it. At this point, we're just trying to make it through the night.

Long Version: This is a nice and decently clean hotel. They are also pet friendly. However, it is very poorly managed and the workers have poor English proficiency. When we arrived, we noticed a sign that said the pool was closed. We told the person at the desk that we specifically booked this hotel for the pool and had intended to spend part of our second day in the pool and most of the third day in the pool. We mentioned we could just stay the one night and find a hotel somewhere else with a pool. She guaranteed that the pool would be open the next day. The next day we were told it would be open in the evening. It was not. The third day the signs were gone, but the lock was on the gate. When we asked, they said it would be open at 10. At 10 we were told it would be 12. We finally decided to find another place that we could swim at a cost. When we returned that night they were finally giving out passes to another pool in a different place as the pool was still closed. On top of that, we stayed 3 days and were never offered for our room to be cleaned, and 2 hours after asking for new towels, we brought the dirty towels to a room service personnel to have them swapped from their cart. If we had not done this, we would not have received clean towels We ended up finding an unattended cart in the hall way to take clean towels to even have any for the next day.

When I checked in, the staff was very friendly. I had to change rooms twice. The first room a roach crawling up the wall in the bathroom. Then a roach was crawling on the floor in the kitchen. I went back down stairs told the receptionist, she immediately put me into another room, no hassle. The second room, I walk to the bathroom and the first thing I see is dirty towels on the floor by the toilet, night stand dirty with some sort of dry sticky liquid on the top. Then I went to the kitchen, dirty dishes, plates, glasses, and a bottle half full of water put up inside the cabinets. Needless to say, the couch was filthy with stains all over it. I went back down stairs told the receptionist, again with no hassle, she put me into another room. The third room had dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. Only because I didn’t see any roaches, I decided to stay just for the night because I just came off a 10.5 hr drive. I was to tired so the next day I checked out that hotel and checked into the Homewood Suites. The crazy part about it, I like the Staybridge Hotels. When I was traveling with my job while on detailed, I stayed in the Staybridge Hotels and never had any problems. They need to hire a new cleaning staff.

Average place to stay. Large enough for our family. Most annoying part was at 6am someone showering had a horrible squeaking noise that woke us up.

Everything was okay I had to change rooms twice but it was easy and no hassle and staff was very respectful and helpful and never had a attitude I would definitely this travel stay at staybridge in ridgeland ms

The only thing that disappointed me was the front desk experience. I believe the woman who checked us in may have been the owner. She wasn’t rude at all, but she didn’t seem very welcoming either. She simply completed the check-in process without much interaction. A warm greeting or a friendly smile would have made the experience feel much more inviting. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a more welcoming front desk experience, it would have been even better.

But hotel was very nice and breakfast was awesome! Much better than the usual powdered eggs at most places. Overall a pleasant stay. And AC was great! 100° outdoors and our room was chilly

Staff was extremely pleasant. Definitely needing updates. Clean, yet appearance of neglect.

The property overall is dirty! The smell is so overwhelming at the lobby, and in the room. Carpet was not vaccumed, floors weren’t swept or mopped. The kitchen in the room was dirty, there were crumbs on the counters, and floor. The bathroom had mold, and orange stains around tub. There was no shower curtain. We stayed for 6 long hours and couldn’t get out fast enough. Didn’t eat breakfast as I couldn’t stomach the higiene in this place.

Wonderful staff

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and plentiful, lots of carts for ease of moving our luggage. Perhaps the only downside was that there is only a single elevator but it served the purpose and perfect for a stay on the way.

The guys said they enjoyed their stay. My husband and my bonus son stayed for a baseball game .
