It was great for my family of 8. Excellent price and great room.

Great overnight stay for family.

we checked in at 3 and were told our room wasn’t ready yet but would be ready in 15mins. well after waiting close to 40mins, we asked how much longer and the receptionist kept disappearing and not giving us much info. finally around 4pm is when our room was done being cleaned. the tv in the living room wouldn’t work, the phone in our room didn’t work, and we found a pair of dirty socks under the bed. the room was spacious and the location was good for us. the breakfast was good and the staff was pretty friendly.

Great staff and clean property and amazing breakfast!

The front common area was really clean. When I walked down the hallways all I could smell was bleach and clean floors. The staff was very friendly and polite l. The breakfast was excellent and the grits was amazing. I will definitely be back when I visit Mississippi.

We reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived we discovered the toilet would not reset itself after flushing. The water would continuously run. We reported it to the front desk and requested a repair. We were told they did not have anyone working on the weekends to repair. It would seem that to have someone on staff for the weekend would be cheaper that paying on high water bill.

The property is not well maintained even though we read it was recently renovated. First room we were given still had trash and sticky counters. Second room had dirty walls and something on the sheets. Hotel was accommodating in providing a refund and were polite.

Only issue was that the pool was not available and we were not notified of this until we went to use it. We had a very disappointed 3 year old granddaughter who was really looking forward to this.

Parking lot seemed to have some suspicious people lurking about. Two people parked directly next to us spent several hours in their car smoking cigarettes. There were a pile of butts on the ground the next morning. The building itself needs some repairs, maintenance. Would not stay here again and do not recommend.

Host hotel for our family reunion. The hotel staff with courteous and knowledgeable. The grounds were clean and family-oriented.

Property was fine. However the A/C was not working. They did bring in a portable A/C, which helped. Pool was closed, and used the fitness center which was small but served its purpose.

The location was great and the breakfast was nice. However at check in, they gave us the wrong key and we opened another guest’s room. The next day, several guests including us got locked out of our suites. It took front staff at least 20 minutes to fix the problem. Our room was not as cleaned as we hoped. The floor in the kitchen had glue residue and water come out of it from between the tiles every time you step on them. The cushions on the couch smelled like dog pee.

But, the pool was closed, the elevator made weird sounds, and all of the common areas smelled STRONGLY of marijuana. The halls, the lobby, the parking lot. And to end our stay – the cleaners came in and began cleaning (at 9 am), while we were still in the room trying to pack our things. I was trying to get my belongings from the bathroom, and they were mopping. It was just a very weird situation.

The two bedroom suite was perfect for me and my family very spacious and well worth it great area and the staff was always there to assist with any requests I had my only regret I can think of is not staying for another night honestly.

We loved the breakfast options, the room itself was wonderful. The rest of the hotel was not over all clean. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t get over how unclean it was in the lobby. The kitchen area was clean (where the food resides). There was one girl upfront juggling everything by herself. Every few minutes you would get the strongest smell of marijuana. There were positives and negatives overall.
