The staff was nice, thats where the good ends. The hotel allows pets and smoking which is fine but they do not have defined areas for pets and all the towels and sheets smell like smoke. We had two barking dogs next to our room and it was very annoying all morning. And I'm not too keen on staying in a room someone just had their cat or dog in, people have allergies so the rooms should have options for Pet Only and No Pets allowed. The bathroom was falling apart, literally. The walls were cracking and ceiling was visibly damaged, toilet was not level. The location was fine, parking was fine. I think if its discounted, like the special rate we received, and just one night, then fine.. you get what you pay for. But its not a "vacation" spot or relaxing hotel.

Staff friendliness The shower in my first room didn’t get warm, the tv volume in the bedroom didn’t work, there was no telephone so we had to walk down to the front desk for everything! The room they moved me to the ac didn’t work properly

It was a great room and layout Bed was a little too bouncy

The breakfast was good. And so was the location. The hole above the shower that was joint compound. It was an eyesore and the noise level was not good.It was too loud in the hallway. You could hear people walking and they were too loud.

Not happy with this stay. The desk clerk kept turning on the radio by the pool where my room was. Even after asked to turn off she turned it back on and said there is nothing she can do.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were nice as well. I did not like the fact the bedroom area did not have a door attached.
