Will I stay here again? Heck no!

Loved the location and the staff was pleasant

You will never find a friendlier staff.

Front desk person was very helpful. Hotel was close alot of different eateries that stay open late.

We only stayed two out of the three nights we booked. We had to move to another room within the first 20mins bc the AC did not work. The AC stopped working in the second room and we decided not to move all of our stuff again and left the hotel an day early. The pool was not clean and my kids could not swim. The main reason we were there were to enjoy our stay, but it was horrible. The staff wasn’t very helpful. There was many things unfinished and wrong with the rooms. The room we got moved into did not have a TV in the living room and the TV in the bedroom did not work. The property was not well maintain and it seemed like it has been neglected. There’s holes in the ceilings. There’s rust everywhere. There’s unfinished walls ceilings, the furniture is worn and outdated. The property is a dump and there’s lots to list, too much for this review. Avoid this place, it’s a waste of money and time. It ruined Jackson as a destination we will not be coming back. A waste of our Labor Day weekend 2026.

We did have a problem with one bathroom. It had mold. The staff was very accommodating and gave us another room.

Let me begin with the fact my room was in the first floor, room 121. The door lock or connection is so poor a person has to have extreme quick and strong arms to get in the room and must slam the door to ensure it is lock, then check because multiple time the door was still open once the door shut Then when checking the windows, the bedroom far left window near the corner of the building was unlocked. ALARMING since it was 99 degrees all week. The number of mosquitos I killed the first night, 8/11/26 was a sleepless night, I spent under the covers. As an Educator and Inspector, I travel with cleaning wipes and other items to ensure I am proper prepared for travel stays such as this. I actually left the wipes for the staff because the refrigerator had a bug and many stains. I cleaned one shelf for my personally use and took photos of the rest. The shower door would not stay shut during use or after. I had to hold my toes on the door during showers to keep the floor from being flood, or breaking my neck when coming out of the shower. By the way the hotel staff who clean should replace towels and shower mat when I clean and maybe change the sheets. Both dressers in both drawers would not stay shut. They were open the entire time. The staff was extremely helpful and property was accessible to many restaurants and stores. However, it is run down a bit and needs a lot of updating and maintenance. The hallways smelled musty and the rooms needed a lot of work. The tv stands were cracked and chipped leaving some sharp edges, the shower sprayed water all over the floor, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t go back in without banging be causing the door jam was not lined up correctly, the couch was old and worn and outside doors did not work with room keys and there was just a lot of maintenance needed in the rooms. The price was good but I see now why the prices were lower.

Maintenance need to fix items in room. Toilet handle. Plug on lamp. Cables on TV was everywhere

My issues were addressed right away and I was able to change rooms the second day. The first room was terrible. The whole suite smelled awful! Im not sure if it was mildew or mold. In one room, the toilet handle was broken. In the other, the shower handle wouldnt turn far enough to get hot water, the bathroom light was very dim, and the closet door wouldn't slide properly to close. In the living room, the tv wouldn't work. Everything was extrremely worn, to included rusted racks in the freezer.

The lobby was seemed really clean and our room seemed to be but we really didn’t get there until dark and the next morning I kept seeing something under the bed and when I bent down to look it was some house slippers from a previous guest and some trash. If I had seen it when we got there I would have asked for a different room

It was in a good area and it was nice to stay there. There were bugs in the room, the pool didn’t work and the basketball court closed early.

We liked the rooms and the location was good. One of the elevators had issues and the doors in the room were hard to close.
