Customer service was great, room was clean, and the process was smooth.

When I spoke with the front desk employee, who said he was the regional general manager, he was very rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he simply said he could refund my money and that I could leave. The room itself was okay, but it needed several repairs. Overall, the property wasn't too bad, but the poor customer service completely overshadowed the stay. Based on my experience,

Location Pets allowed in the dining area, my first room air went out and smelled like pure bleach. We were moved to another room and it was filthy. The tables were dirty, trash from previous people were still in the room, shower and floors were filthy and bleach was very strong

Expedia price was great!

Carpeting in room was worn thin and ripped in some areas. Room had a musty smell. Sprinkler in the bathroom was hanging down with duct tape. Electricity throughout hotel was out for almost three hours our first night there but we were not offered any compensation. When I asked about late checkout due to scheduling of an event, we were told that we were not members, so that would not be possible.

- Staff was generally cordial CONS: - Told elevator not working AFTER check-in. Finally repaired in the evening. - Bedroom door would not close due to warped floor; I could not close it my entire stay! - Bathroom door also scraping floor, but it was movable. - Shower stall doors would not stay closed; both doors would slide open to showerhead end, thus allowing water to splash and spray onto the bathroom floor, creating a mess. - No stopper for kitchen sink - Poorly maintained chair upholstery. - Lower kitchen cabinets in repair - Dust & debris coming from AC vent. - Vague &/or changing explanations given when issues in need of attention were mentioned; - Tried to post video, but only pictures were accepted for this review. - Etc etc…..The stay felt like wasted money!

Nothing Nasty place. Very dirty and furniture was in bad shape

The staff were very polite. The room was terrible. The carpet was soaked in the bedroom of the suite. The bathroom door would not close. Maintenance tried, but didn't fix either issue. I had to constantly dry my feet before entering the bed. Plus, the air conditioning was weak.
