The worst hotel I have ever been at, the whole places tinks or garbage and sewage and not maintained at all, also very high crime area.

Charged $10 housekeeping fee but my room was never cleaned and sheets and towels were not replaced. Terrible place, avoid at all cost

What I didn’t like was that I had two people trying to break in my room during the night who had an extra key card to my room. I did not know who they were and I informed the front desk the next morning and checked out. I was not the only one that had this incident happened, I was informed from the front desk that another lady had the same problem as well.

I have reservation for July 17 through the 19th. No one is at the front desk after 9 o’clock at night didn’t come on the 17th of July when I get to the hotel on the 18th they say my reservation was canceled, but I was still charged the hotel fee checked in on the 18th online. Checked into my room that was sunflower seeds in the windowsill floor was very sticky like someone was something and didn’t clean it up the front desk person was trying to clean the room and check me in. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be checked in. It was a horrible experience would not go there again.

I also experienced a bad experience with the hotel when someone was trying to enter into my room. I was scared, I went down to see of anyone was in the office and the office was closed. I informed the hotel staff the next morning about it. I won’t be going back to this hotel I felt unsafe.

Professionalism

I booked a room for 3 days 7/3-7/6. I was charged a mandatory $10 house keeping fee whom I never saw, I never got any fresh towels in those three days. This location is terrible and needs to be shut down.

Roaches and they two ladies in the front office are horrible. They have the worst attitudes. Even the new one Nakita. They need to replace the entire staff except the two men in the office. I will never go there again. I killed three roaches while I was in the shower.

Rooms were good. Clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue was the door was bent like it has been kicked. But it closed good and locked. Stayed three weeks there because of work. Quiet in the day and quiet at night. No one messed with anything. P

I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. To top it off the pool wasn’t even open even closed. I was so ready to check out of that place and will hopefully never go back. BEWARE

Lobby was closed. Could not check in. Expedia and hotel will not refund my money. More surprised about lack of help from Expedia than the hotel.

Expedia needs to take this hotel off of their listing. We never got checked into this hotel. Even though I called the hotel for 3 hours prior to us arriving and they said it would not be a problem we got there and they said they did not have a room for us. Why did they not tell me that when I called. I got all kind of excuses so we ended up staying in another hotel. This whole experience just really sucked

Ordered through Expedia 5 days before going to hotel . Even called the day before to verify I had a room an they did. Well when I got there they said I couldn't have a room cause they gave mine away an the ones they have aren't clean an didn't wanna clean them

It was full of cockroaches, the fridge and microwave had a bad smell. And the whole place reeked of weed.
