Red Roof Inn Jackson North Ridgeland

Easy location off the interstate The room reeked of old cigarette smoke despite having been told it was a non-smoking property. We asked for a different room it there were none available. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

The room is clean No complaints

Nothing It was dirty and run down supposed to check in at 3:00 didn’t let us in room till 8:30.

The rooms do not resemble the photos. Checked in at 10:15 pm. As soon as I entered the room with my bits, bugs scattered- some went under the bed, behind light fixtures, and were on several spaces on the wall. when going to wash my hands, the faucet water was initially brown. This prompted me to also check the shower, and when turned on, several bugs came from the faucet. Due to all hotels being sold out, my sons and I ended up sleeping in the car and I cut my stay short—checked out

I really loved the cleanliness of the room. Location was less than a mile away from my destination. The staff was extremely nice and professional. N/A

Location was good close to what we needed to be there for There was men walking outside our room all hours of the night hollering and talking. There was hairs all in our beds. The bathroom was nasty and very small. Our door wouldn’t lock.

Roaches and the heater didn't work when it was 20° outside.

I didn't expect too much but clean bedding with yellow stains being hidden under the 2nd or 3rd layer would have been nice

The location that's its. The bathroom was too small. The bathroom floor was dirty. I had selected a disability room but the hotel gave me a regular room. Than the room was on the second floor. I have mobile problems where I can't go up stairs. Ask for more towels because I was there before check in. I was there at 11am. Got charged $25 for early check in.
