I thoroughly checked reviews on just about every hotel in jackson before deciding on this one. This hotel has no bugs, water pressure and temperature of shower was great, they had fresh breakfast options every day, I saw people enjoying the pool with their children, parking was never a problem, I never heard loud noises when trying to sleep, awesome beds and pillows. I would say the absolute only thing that could be better would be to not have "sheer" blinds on the windows. Too much light came through even at night from the bright lights outside which made it a little harder to sleep. But the bedding was extremely comfortable. And you never felt unsafe in the hotel or the parking area. It's actually not next to any other businesses or strip malls, so it keeps everyone at a distance except for the actual guests of this hotel. So I say if you are going to stay in jackson, this is the one to stay at.

Good stay for the price. Staff was friendly and my room clean. The property may be showing its age some.

Molded ceilings and shower area, dirty and dingy towels ans sheets, rude staff especially managment, dirty floors, raining from ceilings in multiple areas. Deadbolt lock didnt work. Breakfast cook was wonderful.

Staff are nice when you see them. You get what you pay for.

Great place to stay the only draw back is the rude Indian man that acts like he doesn’t care to be there it’s not to be rude but unfortunately treating your customers poorly is crazy and the security deposit was never returned to my card and when I called was very rude

The bed was comfy and I slept well. The shower wasn't cleaned well, neither was the floors. The elevator are very hot and seams like it needs work done and they said it was an icebox an every floor but it wasn't one on my floor even though there is a place for it. I think they need to remodel. It also look as if they had a leak before. But everyone that worked their was nice. Oh my 1st room door didn't lock and they asked did I touch anything....ummmm you do not need to rent that room on the 2nd floor at all. I'm sorry it's so long but I hope it was helpful to both parties!

Honestly the first hotel I have checked into and left straight away. The ceiling was covered in black mould. The smell was unbelievable, went to the reception to see about getting moved but the receptionist was insistent that it was acceptable and he has people stay in that room all the time.

The room floors were not cleaned the door handles and door frames weren't cleaned. Patches in the wall not painted over. Other guest were extremely loud around 10:30. The side door on the first floor didn't automatically lock when closed.

Clean, quiet hotel

The property was safe and quiet. We had to book here at the last minute because our other hotel was sold out. The location is convenient, near the freeway and plenty of restaurants and stores. The hotel was clean, breakfast was okay, the staff was friendly. The hotel rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. The common areas had a smoky smell but it wasn't overwhelming.

The complimentary parking was a positive feature. However, breakfast was disappointing because the hot water was only lukewarm. In addition, the shower in my room never produced truly hot water, making for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the cleanliness, customer service, and maintenance issues significantly affected my stay.

Save mold and the hot water was not really hot

Location was nicely placed, in walking distance of Target & a few other shopping centers. I hope you enjoy your stay.

Room was VERY spacious and nice. Only thing is the house keeper kept knocking at all times of day. We don't need More than one visit a day.

Our deadbolt wouldn’t lock. The holes didn’t match up for it to lock. The shower head pipe was out from the wall loose and wobbling. Around the shower bottom wasn’t clean good. Elevators were hot.

The rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and parking was great.

Terrible experience

Quick Check in, Great location and Friendly staff. HOWEVER, I will not be returning to this property. The property is in great need of repairs/upgrades, towels were thin, dingy and no where near hotel quality. Pool was filthy and unavailable for anyone to enjoy. Random furniture was sporadically placed throughout the outside of the property. I stayed at this property about 3 years ago and it was fine. It was sad to see how quickly it has been run down.

Love the clean environment and all the employees were so nice and helpful.Quiet at night sleep like a baby .We love everything will stay in the future if go that way
