Clean, and the location is awesome. There is only one elevator for 7 floors.

Front counter service amazing with one of the back in the day hostess , she's still awesome from when it was Drury inn. I believe her name was Cheryl or Sharon. It was disturbing when I returned from breakfast because the door to the room entrance wouldn't open. Husband went down to front desk and and returned. Door still wouldn't open

I liked the fact I was close to the lobby and I wasn't disturbed at all. You should have a smoking section seeing you don't allow any smoking of any kind inside.

The rooms or comfortable clean the fact that we got to eat breakfast and dinner and all the stuff was very nice No one to help carry the luggage up

The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable overall and check-in/check-out was easy. My main concern was cleanliness. There was a noticeable unclean area behind the bed where I plugged in my phone that appeared to be mold or a buildup of dust. Since my children have allergies, this was concerning. I also found red hair in multiple areas of the shower, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
